Lists of all the learning you have been assigned to complete. This is where you access
the learning you need to complete next. You can also access this information via
Library and Levels.
my stats
Gives you details about you (mini CV), a summary of awards, XP, tasks completed/up-
dates, how many badges you have achieved, history of your learning and your news-
feed.

my awards
Gives a breakdown of all badges, awards, achievements and praise badges you have
received. This is your “Trophy Cabinet”. If you click on each award, you will see what
you have been awarded this for. You can also view the following from this area:-
• My Timeline • My Things to Do • My Favourite Content • My Favourite Messages •

This is situated on the left hand side of your
dashboard and is just below your profile
image. This is a snap shot (progress bar) of
your current achievements through levels.
calendar
Gives you information relating to courses
available to you.
completions
Gives a full breakdown of all the
earing/courses you have completed.
academies
This is where you will access all the relevant
course information relating the academy you
have access to.
piptalk
Forums for certain subject matter relating to
certain eductors, products or academies. You
can request to join (subscribe to) a piptalk
channel and this will keep you updated on
what is happening.
goLIVE
This will give you access to the live sessions
that are available to you.
products
This will provide direct access to the products
website breaking down which products you
have access to based on your purchases.
support
If at any stage you encounter a technical prob-
lem, you can raise a Support Ticket. Simply
open up a New Ticket and let us know what
went wrong. The Spark Platform Admin Team
will work to resolve the issue as quickly as
possibleuploaded onto the platform for your
learning.
