Due to the nature of the product sold by BPS, the orders are irrevocable may not be cancelled otherwise we will charge 20%
5 order cancellation fees
A price quoted by the Company and accepted by the Customer is based upon the quantities of Goods and or Services referred
to, or designated, by the Customer. Should there be any change in the total quantity or designation of Goods or Services
6 ordered by the Customer, that change in price quoted by the Company shall be adjusted accordingly

The prices quoted for Goods which are not stock of the Company, but are imported for the Customer’s requirements, are
7 based on the quoted rate of exchange and shall be subject to adjustment in respect of any exchange rate fluctuations.

The quoted price is based on the currency exchange rate as applicable on the date of this quote; If prior to delivery there is a
change in the currency exchange rate, BPS reserves the right to change the price offered. Any change will be notified prior to
8 delivery / intimation of readiness
The time quoted for Delivery commences when the Company receives a completed written order and all information required
9 from the Customer to allow the Company to complete the order.
10 Goods quoted ex stock are subject to prior sale by the Company unless it is otherwise stated in the quotation
