    Property Management System
    Introduction:
    The Real Estate Management System is a management system that is developed for the real estate companies.
    Real Estate is a business of buying, selling, and renting land, buildings, and offices. In todays Pakistan most of
    the real estate companies are still using traditional way to manage data through books, registers or file systems.
    This project aims at developing an efficient and reliable info management, client management and maintaining
    the property listings system for real estate company. In this project we have implemented some features like
    entry, update, delete, matching property data and view data based on client’s requirement. I think its an
    effective way to store information. Because it is going to help us for later use

    Why Property Management System is required?


    This management system will help in smooth and easy functioning of the properties that are available in the
    record. Manager will easily be able to search, which will help him to find the properties that are available in the
    city or a country which are being stored in the data base in a better way. The admin interface is a way simple
    and easy to understand. Admin will able to get the precise information about the properties that are available in
    the records and being stored by him before.
