In 2014, P&G recorded $83.1 billion in sales. On August 1, 2014, P&G announced it was
streamlining the company, dropping and selling off around 100 brands from its product
portfolio in order to focus on the remaining 65 brands, which produced 95% of the company's
profits. A.G. Lafley—the company's chairman, and CEO until October 31, 2015—said the
future P&G would be "a much simpler, much less complex company of leading brands that's
easier to manage and operate".
Ans. I know this position related with my previous experience in sales and it will also
increase my current skill set. I can take more responsibility Involve in customer
relationship management.
Ans. I like the most about my job is interacting people by the help of interaction I can
easily explore the market, create the new ideas to achieve the target and come to know
what really customer want.
Ans. Confidence good communication skills positive attitude lots of patients lots of
knowledge in marketing field.
Ans. Dealer is always want to working at very low stock. So I take order from market and
give him for supply the stock to the dealer. When stock is going low I can take primary
order from him side.
Ans. Sometime we face a problem to achieve a target. It create the pressure of seniors.
Some dealer they do not give payment on time, they try to do fraud. Its become verry
typical to recover money from them.
Ans. Its normal that every dealer will not purchase the product every time but the trouble
will come that time when its repeat every time. At that face we have to handle the
rejection by increasing the profit margin, develop offers, credit facility.
7. What do you think is more important: new clients or long- term clients?
Ans. I have joined P&G through reference. You can also enter through reference or many

Ans. Yes I am satisfied with my Ofcourse I will continue the same job.
Ans. The company sells many brands like shop, detergent, packaged foods, oral care, face
wash, grooming, feminine hygiene, breakfast, fragrances, baby care, OTC, cleaners,
cosmetics, ice cream and other product. My main focus is on food product, shop, detergent
etc. because I mainly cover kirana store.
