Learning Activities

on the present situation of crime in the society to briefly. Submit your output to the college by

Rubrics in Written Outputs on page no.______.

 One example of crime that is happening in today’s society that the formula could
be applied to would be the son or daughter having a deep grudge with his or her
parents. For example, Wendy’s parents, specially her father is very strict to the point
where even group activities in school Wendy is not allowed to go or participate, because
of this reason, Wendy started to hate her parents, and the grudge she felt since day one
became so big that she could not take it anymore. She plans on whether she would
leave her house or kill her parents while sleeping. The formula would be Criminal
Behavior for hating her parents and having a huge grudge against them. Criminal
Tendency for planning on killing her parents and total situation or opportunity for killing
them while sleeping where they would be unaware and defenseless. And lastly,
Resistance to Temptation where she is still undecided and would just choose to leave
the house and control her emotions and leave without doing any crime.

Assessment

Which among the three elements of etiology of criminal act is much significant for a
crime not to happen? Support your answer and write it on the space provided. Submit your
output to the college by turning in the link to the google class______________ on or before the
reflected schedule. See Rubrics in Written Outputs on page no.______.

 Among the three ethology of criminal act, the one which is much significant for a
crime not to happen is the causation between the act and the effects, or the “but-for-
causation”. For example, the defendant drops a banana peel on his home’s entranceway
and leaves it there. The plaintiff comes by and slips on the peel. If the defendant hadn’t
left the pill in his entranceway, the plaintiff would not have tripped. So it means that if it
wasn’t for the defendants sloppiness or carelessness, an accident or a crime would have
not happen. In order for a crime or an act not to happen, it is important to be careful at all
times and not act careless.
