Invitation to deliver the Keynote Address at the Kuala Lumpur Prosperity Forum (KLPF)

Ybhg Datuk Seri,

It is with great pleasure that I write to invite you to be the Keynote Address speaker at the inaugural
Kuala Lumpur Prosperity Forum (KLPF) 2022 brought to you by the Network of Bukit Bintang
Communities (NBBC). The NBBC is a coalition of registered NGOs like The Kuala Lumpur Society (KL
Society) and entities like the various traders associations and resident associations, Rukun Tetangga
etc that are committed to promote community development, realise community empowerment and drive
sustainability. Our collective vision is to nurture a generation of global-minded leaders from Malaysia.

2. The KLPF 2022 is held in anticipation of the Federal Territory’s 50th anniversary on 1st February
2022, marks the commencement of the Post Covid 19 Phase of the City’s Recovery Plan and to
rejuvenate the City Centre of Bukit Bintang as a focal point of the culture, commerce and community
along the themes of innovation, inclusiveness and an invitation for all to actively participate.

3. It is also organised in conjunction with the launch of the KL Prosperity Walk (KLPW) endorsed
and supported by the Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. The KLPW, to be held on 15th Feb 2022 is the
first in a series of similar cultural/community oriented events slated for Hari Raya, Merdeka Day and the
Year End in a three year arc though to 2024.

4. The following are the details for the first KL Prosperity Forum:

Format : Moderated Panel Discussion

5. The keynote address will be followed by a moderated panel discourse as well as launching and
special presentation of the KLPW 2022, with ample time being given for a question and answer session
during the proceedings.

6. The expected crowd size is 30 live audience due to strict SOP. They are specially invited from a
pool of local community, business, relevant government and digital leaders plus many more watching
from the planned live feed via social media.
