Pa ent Banwari Lal 55 years male, presented to
us with Extreme weakness, unable to eat a er Dengue
fever. His outside dengue test was posi ve. He had
significant thrombocytopenia. He was known diabi c

On fourth day of hospitaliza on, he suddenly developed

We did a Laparoscopic Nephrectomy of Mrs. RD, fi y
nine years female pa ent. She presented to us with
pain abdomen and was found to have a large le
upper ureteric stone on evalua on. She wanted
surgery for the stone but CT suggested a Non
Func onal le kidney with pyonephrosis.
We convinced her that removal of kidney was
the right treatment for her. We performed Le
Laparoscopic Nephrectomy with three ports and
defunct kidney was removed via a small 3 cm
incision. Pa ent did very well post op and was
discharged on third day.
On follow up, she was very happy. I would like
to thank all the OT team and Dr. Dipali for the
