The brief facts of the case are that, on 10.10.2021 at 08.00 hours the complainant Mukkirala
Niramala, W/o Nagaraju, Age; 25 years, Caste; Yadav, Occu; Housewife, R/o Yapalagudem village of
Thipparthy Mandal, came to police station and lodged a telugu written petition in which he stated
that, her husband Mukkirala Nagaraju, S/o Lingaiah, Age; 32 years, has been working as cashier at
Shiva Balaji wine shop Narkatpally village and Mandal, in part of his duty i.e on 08.09.2021 at 10.00
hours he went to wine shop Narkatpally, at the time of went out from house he told to the
complainant as today some counting work is there, further on the same day at 12.00 hours he made
a phone call to the complainant and in which he opined that it would take time to arrive to house,
further at night 19.00 hours his phone No. 9949444334 was switched off. Immediately the
complainant informed the same to her relatives they all are searched him but in vain. Finally she
requested to restore her husband.

Received on 10.10.2021 at 08.00 hours.

On receipt of the above complaint I B. Yadaiah, SIP registered a case in Cr.No. 283/2021, U/h
Man Missing, and took up the investigation, duly dispatched the FIRs to all concerned.
