1. Vision : Become a good company, and the most complete and the first biggest company in Indonesia and
become the first choice for society in fulfilling their need

Mission : -Prioritizing the development in achieving mutual success

-To provide high quality product for customer

The strategy that I choose for my vision and mission are the differentiation strategy.
Because the differentiation strategy involes making a product different from and more attractive than those of your
competitors.
That’s impossible, the differentiation strategy providing customer with something unique, different, and distinc from
the items their competitors may offer ini the marketplace. And the cost leadership strategy providing to a particular
product , does that mean that a produces goods are cheap rates. That strategy will ultimately lead to the failure.

2. - Work specialization : dividing work activities into separate job task

 Departementalization : jobs there are group together
 Chain of command : clarifies who reports to whom
 Span of control : the number of employees who can be effectively and efficiently supervised
by a manager
 Centralization and decentralization : the degree to which make decisions
 Formalization : the extent to which employee behavior is guided by rules and procedures

I prefer to organic organizational structure, because employees are encouraged to work together and to have teams
working on tasks together or coordinating the flow of information and duties. Teams develop with communication
working across teams in a horizontal fashion, rather than directing information up and down a traditional hierarchy.
Many organizations adopting an organic structure implement open floor plan workspace, where verbal
communication is valued more than constant written communication. A team member's role can adjust, as the needs
of the organization and as immediate tasks change over time.

I will choose both are ethnocentric, polycentric, or geocentric because there multifungsion if no one of them global
not approve.

3. My NIM endep up 746 or 467

Disseminator : responsible for transmitting information about your organization and its goal to the people
outside it.
Entrepreneur : create and control change within the organization
Disturbance handler : the manager who musk take charge

4. I choose Democratic leadership because I will close to my team, and I consult their workers and take the
opinions into account when making decisions. Therefore, I and team encourage dialogue ang make workers feel
part of the company.

Part 2: Case Study:

Read the case study below and answer the following questions:

1. I think Deutsche Telkom used diversity policies because for respect each other and Deutsche
Telkom said that there want to more gender for the strategy and commitment there are made. The benefits
the Deutsche Telkom will be more grow in the global and can recognize and understand character of
employess. The trade off is strategy target from company.

2. I think diversity make employess will be motivated each other and know the culture each other too.
And the theory related to theory Y because in the theory assumpsion that employess are creative, enjoy
work, seek responsibility, and can direction self-direction.

3. Diversity can be handled by everyone. we have to plan it and design it as well as possible so that we
can do a strategy. With that in making plans we also need leadership traits so that the plan is aimed at the
same goal.

Realising greater gender, age, cultural identity, personality and skills diversity

Background

[Inclusion & Diversity] are key contributors to our corporate success. In 2005, Deutsche Telekom was the first
international company based in Germany to have a group-wide diversity policy covering all six core dimensions:
gender, age, origin/culture, religion, sexual orientation and disability). And in 2010 we became the first DAX 30
company to voluntarily undertake a 30% female quota for leadership positions.

What did you want to achieve?

We want to go further in 2020 with a renewed strategy and management commitment for bringing more gender,
age, cultural identity, personality and skills diversity into our leadership teams.

What did you do?

We implemented various formats to fight Unconscious Bias (including online workshops and e-learning) and
hosted the 10th German Diverse City conference in our Bonn Headquarters. We also created opportunities for
increasing women in our leadership (a 30% commitment) and in general (30% in our talent programme, 40% in
our trainee programme). Developing guidelines on making presentations inclusive for employees with special
needs, increasing the number of video transmissions with sign language and providing barrier-free workplaces are
a few examples of how we support our colleagues with disabilities. Our newly revised offers cover all professional
and personal aspects to drive cross-border mobility. And we have designed our onboarding offers to better
integrate international executives relocating to Germany. Our ‘Reverse Mentoring’ programme connects members
of our top Business Leadership Team with young trainees to share new ways of digital collaboration. We are also
supporting and leveraging self-organised diversity communities in and beyond Germany. Around 250 employees
participated in the Christopher Street Day 2019 in Cologne to represent and support LGBTQ+ rights and topics in
our company

What have you learned?

We have learned that key factors for success include strong top leadership commitment, legal and structural
changes and a holistic approach that encompasses the whole employee lifecycle. Widespread communication and
marketing campaigning, strategic industry partnerships and membership of relevant advocacy groups have all
proved essential for increasing I&D. Last but not least, the growing interest and investment of our employees to
drive diversity further via networks and communities have been critical to our success
