ADMISSION NOTICE FOR THE ACADEMIC

YEAR 2022
Application forms for admission to Nursery/Playgroup/Happy hoppers 1/Happy Hoppers 2 for the
academic year 2022 will be available ONLY on the school website www.baugejamsheed.com.
• The portal will be activated from 1st September-2021 onwards.
• A Helpdesk will be provided at the school premises from Monday to Friday (except holidays)
between 10:00 am to 12 noon.
• In case you visit the school kindly follow all COVID-19 protocol.
o Mask
o Sanitizer at the gate.
o Maintaining expected distance

ADMISSION REGULATIONS
Admission will be granted on the basis of first come first served basis to children
fulfilling the age criteria for various classes.

AGE
a. Child must be born between
Nursery 1st October 2018 to 30th September 2019

Play Group 1st October 2019 to 30th November 2019


Happy Hoppers 1 1st December 2019 to 31st January 2020

Happy Hoppers 2 1st February 2020 to 15th April 2020

Please Note
Nursery Classes start in January
Play Group Classes start in January
Happy Hoppers 1 Classes start in March
Happy Hoppers 2 Classes start in June
Our academic session ends in december.

Fee Structure
15000 Tuition fee + 3000 Admission fee + 200 Work
Nursery
book = Rs.18,200.00 *
Play Group 15000 Tuition fee + 3000 Admission fee = Rs.18000.00*
Happy Hoppers 1 12500 Tuition fee + 3000 admission fee = Rs.15500.00*
Happy Hoppers 2 8750 Tuition fee + 3000 admission fee = Rs.11750.00*

*Additional Rs.200/- for Admission Form


Very Important :This is the total fee for one year presuming that the
lockdown will continue. During this period, we offer online classes for 1
to 1.5 hours maximum on all weekdays. If we resume normalcy ( students
coming to school during regular working hours) the school will charge
other fees like maintenance, activity fees etc.This will be intimated as and
when necessary.
We understand that the given fee structure is for the year ending December 2022 only.
FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
a. A HELPDESK will be provided at the school from Monday to Saturday (except holidays)
between 10 am to 12.30pm.

b.The Birth Certificate issued only by the Government Certified Authorities/Gram Panchayat
/Hospital birth certificate will be accepted..
c. Affidavits or horoscopes will not be accepted..
d.The original Birth Certificate must be produced for verification and it will be returned on the
same day.( Day and date will be informed to you atleast a week in advance.) .
Mandatory documents to be uploaded. (Please keep these
documents ready before you begin the online procedure)
• Birth certificate (preferably of Government Authority)
• Aadhar card of child (If available).
• Family photograph of your child along with parents.
• Passport size photo of the child (Please note that all photos should be less than 500 kb)
STEPS FOR PARENTS TO REGISTER.
• Visit the school website http://baugejamsheed.com/
• Click on Admission tab.
• Click on SAS Application.
• Register your email id.
• OTP will be sent to your email id.
• Create a password for the application.
STEPS TO FILL THE ADMISSION FORM.
• Enter the SAS Application with Login Id and Password.
• Accept the terms and conditions by ticking the check box.
• Fill in all details of your child (No special characters should be used except in the Email id.) and
ensure that all necessary documents are uploaded.
• WhatsApp No. should be the one on which the child will be attending the online class along
with parent/guardian.
• Make the payment through the Payment Gateway (any online mode except Debit/Credit
Card).Form + Fees .
• NO CASH to be DEPOSITED DIRECTLY in SCHOOL Account.
• You will receive the registration number for your ward after the successful transaction.
• Please download and print the duly filled form, for your record.
• Some further instructions will be published in January 2022.
• For any alteration in form due to entry error please email to bejschool@gmail.com.
• IF you face problems in making PAYMENT of fees through our Payment Gateway, please contact
us on our HELPDESK.
• PLEASE DO NOT FILL MORE than ONE FORM for admission of SAME child. For making any
changes or adding images or making PAYMENT please use the SAME form and do the needful in
EDIT mode.
• Please contact the Help Desk for help, if required.
• For use of Additional forms you will have to pay ₹200/- extra for each Form.
