Hometown

Hello everyone. My name is Kieu. I’m 18 years old. I study at Thai Nguyen
University of information and communication technology.. I'm very happy to
share about my hometown. My hometown is Thai Nguyen city, it’s a
mountainous area in the north of Vietnam. Since the day I was born, now I’m 18
years old, which means I’ve been residing in my town for 18 years.

My hometown is famous for various cuisine for example Banh Chung, com lam,
Nem Chua Đại Từ, and lots of local street food.

Thai Nguyen is also well known for Green tea, if you have a chance you should
drink green tea once when coming to TN. I bet it’s great.

Besides that my hometown has a lot of tourist attractions such as Tan Cuong tea
hill, Dung Tan tourist area, Kim Dinh lake especially Nui Coc lake. Nui Coc
lake is a popular tourist destination of Thai Nguyen and started constructing in
1973 and completed in 1974. It’s far 16 km from downtown. You can visit a
water park, a golden temple, and a zoo with many kinds of animals like
monkeys, rabbits, lions,...You also can play adventure games such as glider,
crazy wave, racing, and so on…

I love my hometown Because it is where my relatives and best friends live, so I

always feel a strong sense of warmth. The people are very friendly and helpful.

Thai Nguyen has changed a lot in the last 10 years. Both physically and
economically. It’s amazing when you see old photos of the city: things are so
different now. And I think in the future it will be more developed.I hope that I
can do something to contribute to the development of my hometown. That’s all

2. Friend
Today, I'm going to talk about my best friend. I have many friends but I have
just a best friend and his name is An. An has been my classmate since we were
in elementary school, and it means that we have been friends for more than
fourteen years. An is good looking with short black hair and a round face He's
very tall and quite slender. An's cheerful, fun, and friendly person. Even early, in
the morning, He's always smiling and a good mood. He always helps me with
my studies. An's great but sometimes I feel that she's a bit unreliable. She says
all nice things, but I'm not sure she really means them...I've known her for about
fourteen years now,. We get on well because we have a lot in common: We like
the same films, the same food, the same music, and so on. Sometimes I think it
is like we have been best mates since forever, and I hope that we will be happy

3. Daily routine.

Good morning teacher. Now, I’m going to talk about my daily routine. In the
morning, I get up at 6 am, brush my teeth and get dress. After that I have
breakfast with bread and use my phone. When I finish breakfast, I go to shool by
motobile. I start studying from 7am to 11am. After shool, I go home. At 12 pm,
I have lunch with rice, meet, vegetables. After lunch, I go back to shool, I finish
studying at 5 pm. Then I play badminton, I like to exercise. After that, I go
home. I get home at 6 pm, Then I have dinner with rice, chicken, take a shower
and do my homework. I go to bed at 10 pm. That’s all about my daily routine.

4. Family

Hello. My name is Kieu. Let me introduce myself and my family. There are six
people in my family: my grandparents, my parents, my sister and I. My father is
forty-four years old. He is a worker in Hadanbi company. He has a good sense of
humor and he always tells many funny stories to make us smile. My father likes
gardening very much as well as watching TV programs. My mother is at the
same age as my father. My mothers is also a worker. She likes cooking and
traveling too, so whenever my parents have free time, we go some interesting
place to relax. It's a great time. My sister is 20 years old. She studies at TN
university of science. She studies very well and always helps me with my
homework. I'm 18 years old this year, a student TN of information and
communication technology. Members of our family have very close
relationships with each other. We often share our feelings, and whenever
problems come up, we discuss them frankly and find solutions quickly. In sum,
My family is important to me. I love my family very much. That’s all about my

5. Hobbies

Good morning teacher. Today I very happy to talk about my hobbies. I really
like playing badminton and reading book. I read books every day, such as at
home, in my room, at the library. I enjoy reading because reading is such a good
habit, which heathy for my brain and keep my brain funtioning actively. My
favorite author is JK. Rowling, who worte word famous book harry porter. I
play badminton every weekend at the yark in my house. Sometime I play with
my father or sometime with a friend. My brother got me into it. Because he love
sports and he needed someone to play with. I did’nt like it at first, because it was
to hard and i lot all the time. But now i enjoy it, especialy when I beat my father.
