CPG COMPLEX TENNIS CLUB, a duly recognized Sports Club, with official
address at CPG Sports Complex, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, represented herein by its PRESIDENT,
ENGR. VIETO A. RACHO who is duly authorized to represent the organization in this contract,
hereinafter referred as the LESSEE;
WITHNESSETH
WHEREAS, the LESSOR owns and operates various sports facilities in the Province
to include exercises of management such as the four (4) tennis courts and one (1) swimming pool
WHEREAS, as owner, the LESSOR conducted a public bidding for the rental of the
four (4) tennis courts and one (1) swimming pool pursuant to Provincial Ordinance No. 2006-
016 as amended, otherwise known as Revenue Code of the Province of Bohol;
WHEREAS, the LESSEE offered the highest bid proposal for the rental of two (2)
tennis courts at the CPG Sports Complex during a publicly called bidding conducted by the
Provincial Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) last Reference No 395;
WHEREAS, the BAC recommended award to the LESSEE under BAC resolution No.
1720 series of 2007 which was approved by the Provincial Governor through his duly authorized
representative;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the LESSOR hereby
agrees to lease unto the LESSEE the two (2) CPG Sports Complex Tennis Courts (A & B
Courts) subject to the following terms and conditions, to wit:
1) That CPG COMPLEX TENNIS CLUB shall lease the CPG Sports Complex
Tennis Courts (A & B Courts) at a rental of FIVE THOUSAND AND FIFTY PESOS (Php
5,050.00) each court per year payable upon the signing of this Contract of Lease. Payments for
the rental fee of the succeeding years shall be made within the first week of January;
2) That the LESSOR shall transfer to the LESSEE the management and supervision
of the CPG Sports Complex Tennis Court, Tagbilaran City including the fence premises of the
tennis court area;
3) That the LESSEE shall assume all expenses for the electric and water needs in the
said facility, and all other expenses in the maintenance of the tennis courts;
4) That the LESSEE may introduce improvements and /or renovations of the facility
upon written notice to and approval by the LESSOR;
5) That this CONTRACT OF LEASE shall be for a period of THREE (3) years,
renewable upon agreement of both the LESSOR and the LESSEE;
8) That selling of intoxicating drinks and other alcoholic beverages shall be strictly
prohibited;
9) That the LESSOR shall institute measures to ensure the security in the facility’s
premises especially during nighttime;
10) That any willful violation of the provisions of this Contract shall render the same
null and void.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Both known to be same person who executed the foregoing contract consist of two (2) pages
including the page on which the acknowledgment are written, signed by the parties and their
witness and acknowledge me that the same are their voluntary act and deed.
