China Regulation compliance testing and product ID validation process for Apparel and Equipment Socks
Objectives of the process: Testing lab:
To validate Nike Product compliance to the China National Compulsory All samples should be sent to the following addresses:

Documentation for sample submission:
CHINA BUY APPAREL SOCKS LIST Factory should fill out the SOCKS TEST SUBMIT FORM (DTT) and attach to sample when
sending to DTT lab.
Samples to be tested and validated:
Production representative samples are required for all colorways, 6 pairs Sample / UPC scanned files submit tracking
of each colorway and size M. If there is no size M, fty should send the LO production team updates the tracking document with sample ex-factory date,
largest size for this style. Carryover styles should be tested in each AWB# and PA contact name. Nike China enters sample receipt date and posts the
season. material content results on the tracking document after 3 working days from sample
receipt. LO production team informs factory the material content test results and
Cost of the submitted samples: factory places UPC sticker order accordingly.
Samples costs at factory’s account
Avery Dennison sends the UPC scanned files to DTT lab and BI team by e-mail
Lab test and validation charges: weekly. Nike China enters test results on the tracking document. LO production team
Nike China will absorb the lab testing and validation costs should inform factory for the test result.

Target ex-factory date: Sample testing failure & product ID notification

Samples should be sent out at least one month prior to the contracted
shipment date.
Shipping means and cost:
Any reliable courier service available in factory’s vicinity, as long as the
parcel can be traced and is able to reach DTT Lab in less than 2 working
days. For local factory, courier costs at factory’s account. For import
factory, DHL is recommended to use and Nike China will absorb
the courier costs (DHL account number 963585804).
A separate email notification will be sent out by Nike China team to LO PI who
communicates it with factory to work on remedy action. LO production team will
communicate with country demand planning team if there is impact on product
delivery.
Product shipment:
Shipment will only be released when a PASS result (testing & product ID) is obtained
from Sharepoint through Nike Production team, OR a final decision is reached from
Nike China for FAIL result.
