Samples should be sent out at least 14 days (21 days for down products) prior to the contracted

Cost of the submitted samples: Samples costs at factory’s account. Factory should fill out the China Regulation Product Testing Checklist (BIS)

Shipping means and cost: For ITS-SH Lab (All import product exclude SIV, NAC and down products)
Factory is recommended to use DHL or any reliable courier service available in their vicinity, as long Factory should fill out the China Regulation Product Testing Checklist (ITS-SH)
as the parcel can be traced and is able to reach Intertek Shanghai Lab in less than 3 working days.
Courier cost will be absorbed by Nike China. (DHL account number 963585804) For DTT lab (Down product only)
Factory should fill out the China Regulation Product Testing Checklist (DTT)
Lab test and validation charges:
Nike China will absorb the lab testing and validation costs. Sample submit tracking
LO delivery excellence updates the product test tracking style list when receiving ex-factory date and
Testing Lab: courier# from factories, and specifies the colorway and LO delivery excellence contact.
