Re: DEMAND LETTER dated October 26, 2021

Dear Sir,

In reference with the above, we wrote in behalf of our client, MR. JANIEL
REYNALDO SEVERINO. You are demanding from our client the unpaid obligations
in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty One
Pesos (Php288,331.00).

Kindly furnish us documentary evidence that our client has incurred such
alleged unpaid obligations. Due to your baseless and malicious demand, our client
suffered sleepless nights, anxiety and nervous breakdowns.

Otherwise, much to our regret we will be constrained to make appropriate

actions, which will entail more expenses, time and efforts and likewise we shall hold
you liable to pay attorneys’ fees, damages, and cost of suit and other related expenses.
