Greetings;

Kindly take notice that undersigned counsel is withdrawing his

appearance as counsel for the accused in the above-captioned case due to
reasons hereunder stated;

That undersigned counsel is already seventy-three (73) years old

and is suffering from Diabetes Type 2.

That his sugar level is usually high ranging from 300 and at times
reaches at 400+.

WHEREFORE, in view of the present state of health of undersigned

counsel he is withdrawing his appearance as counsel for the accused.
