Er. Varun Garg, A Structural Engineer, holding a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from
Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, possesses a diversified experience in various National
and International projects ranging from Metro Viaducts to Highway projects.
In a zest to not just limit himself to the rudimentary ways of designing structures, he is actively
involved in development of various programs and now possesses a unique set of Design &
Detailing Softwares, which are helping him, his fellow engineers and clients in an unimaginable
way.

Key Personnel

Er. Debasish Verma is a B.Tech (Honours) Graduate in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur,
having more than 33 years of rich professional experience in the preparation of preliminary design
and detailed engineering design, repair and rehabilitation and construction supervision of
bridges, flyovers, culverts, ROBs and structures in India and abroad consisting Pre-cast Segmental
and Extradosed Bridges. He has rich similar experience on major bridge projects involving
feasibility, design and BOT studies including developing various cost effective rehabilitation
options for major/minor bridges. His experience covers all aspects of structural design, viz.
design review & strategy, technical feasibility, design detailing, project management, cost
estimation, specification and tendering. He has specialized experience in undertaking bridge
inspection, identifying structural & hydrological inadequacies and suggesting remedial actions.
Further, he has extensively been involved in repair and rehabilitation of distressed bridges, and
construction supervision of major new bridges both in India and the middle-east countries,
funded by international funding agencies and other projects to be implemented on the BOT basis.
Er. Debasish Verma He has complete familiarity with international best practices and codes such as AASHTO,
(Structure Expert) planning and monitoring of geo- technical and hydraulic investigations and use of alternative
