The NEET PG (MD/MS/PGD), 2021 candidates who have qualified the said
Eligibility Entrance Test and have scored the cut-off marks as prescribed by the NBE,
and whose names figure in the Notification No. 113-BOPEE of 2021 dated 20-10-2021
and in response to Notice No. 072-BOPEE of 2021 dated 25.10.2021 are hereby
informed that the Board has decided to initiate the online registration process of
eligible / willing candidates belonging to the Union Territories of J&K/Ladakh for
preparation of the Provisional Merit List (PML), based on which the seats will be
allotted to them through online counselling as and when notified by the Board.
The cut-off score for different categories of MD/MS/PGD is as under:
a) Open Merit (including JKPM/Child of PMF/CDP/Sports/EWS) = 302
b) Open Merit (PWD) = 283
c) SC/ST/RBA/ALC/IB/OSC/PSP = 265

REGESTRATION SCHEDULE
i) The online registration will commence w.e.f. 11-01-2022
ii) The last date for online registration shall be 15-01-2022
iii) The registration shall be made online through the BOPEE website
www.jkbopee.gov.in.
iv) The candidates should upload the following documents :-
a) Matriculation certificate for purpose of date of birth;
b) MBBS degree certificate;
c) Marks cards of all the years of MBBS;
d) Registration with the State/ UT Medical Council/ MCI;
e) Internship completion certificate (upto 30-09-2021);

 f) Domicile certificate of candidates of UT of J&K or Ladakh as the case may
be;
g) Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable, in terms of SRO
294 of 2005 dated 21-10-2005 read with SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019;
h) Difficult Area Certificate in pursuance of SRO 48 of 2018 dated 30-01-
2018;
i) NEET Score Card.
j) MCI clearance certificate for candidates possessing MBBS degree from
outside the country.
k) Valid EWS certificate as per SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019.
l) *NOC from Government/Competent Authority for in-service candidates
seeking admission to pursue MD/MS/PGD Courses.
m) For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, an undertaking in the form of
compulsory Service Board (available on BOPEE Website) that he/she shall
serve in the UT of Ladakh for prescribed period as decided by UT of
Ladakh immediately after completing his/her MD/MS/PGD degree.
n) For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate shall be treated
as Domicile Certificate.
v) The cut-off date for validity of the category certificates shall be the last date
for registration fixed by the BOPEE viz 15-01-2022.
vi) The cut of date for completion of Internship shall be 30-09-2021.
vii) The candidates should register / enter their particulars carefully. The detailed
instructions for filling up of online Registration Form are already given in the
e-brochure available on the BOPEE website. The candidate(s), in their own
interest, are, therefore, advised to go through the same before filling up of
the online registration form.
viii) In case of any difficulty, the candidate(s) can contact the BOPEE Office at
Srinagar/Jammu on the following telephone Nos.:-

ix) The Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates are directed to upload/submit
their valid PWD certificate in BOPEE Office Srinagar / Jammu, physically also
up-to 15-01-2022,(3.00 PM) positively.
x) The candidates who have rendered their service in Difficult Area are hereby
advised to upload their valid certificate and also submit the same in BOPEE
Office Srinagar / Jammu, physically also up-to 15-01-2022,(3.00 PM)
positively.
xi) The e-Information Brochure (already uploaded during MDS registration) and
the tentative Seat Matrix shall be notified separately in due course of time,
which shall be available on the website of the BOPEE.
xii) The candidates bearing NEET Roll No. 21660482272 & 21660048661 having
NEET Score 426 & 405 respectively are allowed to participate in the
counselling process on the orders of Hon”ble High Court of J&K / Ladakh.
However, it shall not confer any right or equity on the petitioners and the
same shall be subject to further orders that may be passed by the Hon’ble
Court in the WP(C)No2686/2021, CM No.8399/ 2021.

*“In-service candidates” who have qualified NEET-PG -2021 and fall in the zone of
consideration will be considered subject to issuance of “NOC” by the Competent
Authority. Board may have NOC certificate verified from such authorities if it is found
expedient to do so. However, they will be allowed to participate in the
registration/counselling provisionally but will be allowed to join the college on
production of NOC only within the stipulated dates.

Note-A
(1) The candidates shall have to fill the following fields correctly and as filled in
the NEET application form:
a) NEET Roll No as per Admit Card.
b) NEET-PG Score Card.
c) NEET Rank.
d) DOB.
e) Category, if applicable.
(2) Mere registration of the candidates shall not confer any right on them for
admission, which is subject to further check and verification of their
documents during the process of registration.
Note-B
Candidates are advised to remain in touch with the BOPEE website for day to
day updates.
