ABSTRACT
The work is devoted to consideration of the design of information and analytical support
for the processing of heterogeneous geotechnical and geodynamic monitoring data.
Based on the statistical analysis, the main problems were identified. They are leading to
catastrophic consequences of karst dips and also affecting the quality of the forecast
estimates. To increase the sensitivity of detection of the initial phase of destructive
processes in the system "geological environment - engineering and technical object",
several informative control methods (geoelectrical, inclinometric, strainometric,
seismoelectric) are necessary. Taking this into account, a structural diagram of
information and analytical support for geotechnical and geodynamic monitoring has
been developed. This structural scheme, based on multifactor analysis, involves the
allocation of key geodynamic objects, algorithms for distributed processing of
informative sites of heterogeneous data, and the formation of forecast estimates.
Keywords: karst processes, geotechnical monitoring, geotechnical monitoring,

INTRODUCTION
At present moment there is a large-scale development of new territories, including karst
areas due to the necessity of building production and technical facilities. Construction
and operation of buildings and structures in karst areas affects the activation of
exogenous geodynamic processes. As a consequence, there are karst cavities in the
ground under the engineering structures [1]. At the beginning of construction, the
geological surveys may indicate a lack of karst cavities under foundation. However, at
the technogenesis process can be implemented the conditions for emergence and growth
of karst cavities. Activation of karst processes can lead to unacceptable deformations of
the soil and the destruction of facilities [2].
The analysis of the reasons for the collapse of technical structures in karst-dangerous
areas on the territory of Russia for the period from 2010 to the present, show a
