Job Profile Summary

Aligned to Human Resources (HR) vertical as part of HR Shared Services function that supports
employee life cycle from Hire to Retire.
Assists in the administration of human resource policies, procedures, processes and programs in
compliance with the organization's strategic plans and applicable corporate and legal
requirements.

Job Description

Will perform administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities in support of


HR and HRIS functions, including processing life-cycle transactions such as onboarding, status
change, compensation, separations, etc.

Essential Job Functions

 Resolve inquiries by accessing information in multiple HR systems.


 Partner with Payroll and other COEs, as appropriate to resolve issues
 Triage general inquiries to ensure correct work category is assigned
 Working closely with HR on the implementation of human resources policies and
procedures through the dissemination of employee booklets, knowledge articles and
communications.
 Process transactions by collecting required information or back-up documentation from
the employee, manager or HR.
 Provides timely and accurate data to Vendors/DXC for employee benefit administration
and life cycle services.
 Maintaining employee records in HRIS system
 Perform quality assurance reviews and suggest process improvements
 Manage workload efficiently to fulfil commitments in accordance with established service
level agreements (SLAs)

Basic Qualifications

 Master’s degree in Human Resources


 Less than 1 year of human resources experience
 CGPA or other equivalent score to be greater than 60%

 Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively when required
 Ability to understand and apply federal, state and local changes to and/or new
regulations/laws pertaining to human resources
 Strong computer/technical skills; previous HRIS experience preferred
 Ability to work in a team environment
 Flexible to work shifts

Work Environment

 Office environment/Virtual/Flexible
 Eligibility: 60% or equivalent CGPA throughout academics
  
 Compensation: ₹ 3.5 LPA (Fixed Gross Salary)
  
 Job location- Considering the pandemic situation, you will be working from
home until further communication, post office reopens, location will
Bangalore/Chennai- basis business requirements)
