Manager – Talent Acquisition

Looking for a TA Lead

 8-10 years of recruiting experience (3-5 years of team management experience)


 Experience in driving the entire hiring cycle
 Exposure in leading HR initiatives/process improvement assignments is a plus
 Proven success in collaborating with and influencing senior leaders across strategy and execution
 Ability to challenge assumptions and tends towards unusual, unconventional and disruptive
solutions.
 Handle large feet on stress hiring and also experience to handle Campus and Campus
management
 Excellent analytical skills
 Exposure to hire in a sales driven organisation would be key
 Understanding of market and talent landscape.
 Understanding of entire HR gamut and compensation structure.

Business Human Resources

 Will be responsible for planning & conducting regular Branch level communication meetings &
engagement session for socialisation of workplace polices and other processes for the Geography

 Will be responsible for implementation of the HR agenda for the State assigned

 Exit Management for the Geography

 Coordination with newly on-boarded employees for their HR Induction, Joining Confirmation,
Document pendency prior to BGV Check initiation etc for Geography

 Manage attendance related issues, Salary stop cases, BGV Red & Amber cases follow-up etc for
Geography

 Confirmation, Exit Clearance Management for all employees in the Geography

 Manage HRMS data accuracy for the Geography

 Managing PIP, Confirmation process for the state

 identify gaps & provide ground sensing there by enable the BHR to take required corrective
actions

HR Operations

 Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager or a related job position in the Human
Resources department.
 Proficient in HR software and MS Office Tools.
 Good communication skills both verbal and written.
 Sound understanding of employment and labor laws.
 Experience in managing a team efficiently.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
 Outstanding analytical and research skills.
 Excellent ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks.
 Ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
 Ability to work under minimal supervision.
 Ability to maintain a positive and healthy working environment.
 Strong work ethics.
