Job Description:

As a HR Relationship Manager, you will be joining a global team of highly talented HR professionals who
can proactively partner with business in the assigned geographic region. You will manage end-to-end
employee life cycle and facilitate communication and collaboration across all teams both locally as well
as globally. You should be a change agent working closely with the business teams and advising on all HR
issues. If you have strong ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and
efficient planning skills with abilities in working in teams for achieving organizational goals – We would

Title – HR Relationship Manager


Grade – Assistant Manager
Location – Dublin

Responsibilities:

Recruitment
 Leading the Talent Acquisition function, thereby ensuring consistent standards and business requirements
are met within the planning, selection and orientation processes
 Handling campus/ lateral recruitment and responsible for bulk hiring in frontline sales role
 Conducting HR interviews, doing pre-hire reference checks, salary negotiation and offer generation

HR Operations
 Responsible for joining and on boarding formalities
 Preparing dashboards on status and TAT’s of joining and hiring documentation
 Handling queries pertaining to attendance, salary, transfer etc.

Employee Engagement
 Attending sales review to establish a strong connect with employees
 Organizing sports activity, Family Day and different employee engagement events
 Responsible for coordinating CSR activities

Employee Relations
 Handling employee relations concerns and provide appropriate solutions in alignment to company policy
and ensure legal compliance
 Dealing with complex disciplinary issues / grievances and HR issues and taking appropriate actions
 Mentoring and coaching employees for any employee issues or concerns raised

Training & Development


 Managing employee induction in coordination with the Training team
 Conducting refresher sessions on HR Policies and guidelines
 Ensuring post training feedback survey is completed within stipulated time

Exit Formalities
 Proactively highlighting the high potential exit cases and working towards retaining the employees
 Conduct exit interviews and tracking exit clearances status
 Coordinating and handling queries related to full & final settlement
Requirements:

 At least 5years experience in HR advisory or generalist role


 Should be proactive, willing to take challenges and be able to work in demanding environments
 CIPD qualification is desirable
 Familiar in working with tools such as Workday / Oracle Fusion will be added advantage
 Experience in Banking/Insurance will be preferred
