previous discussions are intended to create thematic space standards in rental apartment units that will

needs, open layout needs, Space needs based on the characteristics of The Human Interface and lastly
based on the standard needs of the space. From these data there are conclusions to thematic space such
as:
• Thematic space in the unit can be public and privacy to support the work depending on the needs of
its users.
• Thematic space in the unit based on workspace standards to support the work.
• The need for open layout for creativepreneurs requires the same space standards adjusted to the
production of photos and videos.
• Space Characteristics of The Human Interface Approach that lighting, acoustics, and finishes
materials are needed in workspaces and studios to support work.
• Workspace is preferred by creativepreneurs so that the standard space in the workspace is required
to use a minimum of 1.5m2 per person excluding circulation and furniture to be used.
