1. 7/11 Retail Store is my favorite retailer though it seems to be a little
costly than the other but a little more better if we’re talking about
quality. The thing about 7/11 Retail store is the positioning which is
almost in the center of town proper which everyone can go to and much
visible than others.

Though Savemore is also near at the town proper it doesn’t provide some
of the items which 7/11 provides and also its known service which is 27/7

CSI who is a lot more cheaper products and wide range of products it is
almost at the end of the town proper which is always crowded that is why
it isn’t safe to shop because we are currently under pandemic.

Novo is also near the center of town proper but the quality of items it
sells is far more less than the other three direct competitors.

2. 7/11 developed a competitive strategic advantage because it is known to

be always open 24/7 and provides a lot of foods that is ready to consume
that the other three doesn’t offer. It also is a good place to wait or eat for
breaks because it is almost in the center of the town proper and a free
WIFI connection to be use for customers.

3. 7/11 store has an effective loyalty program through the use of the
7REWARDS and other promos but 7REWARDS has its mobile version
which you can contactless pay for a product while earning points to buy
products for free.
