In your opinion, what could be the


main reason why your sales declined? What could be the main
problem?

All company may experience sales decline, there can be many reason why your sales decline.
For the given situation I assume that the bicycle shop is my own shop. Since my shop is already
renovated I don’t think it could be the main problem, also if I have to hire an employee I made
sure that they are the best employee that I have and before I hire them permanently I will train
them first so I don’t think it will be the main problem. I think the main reason why sales declined
is not paying attention to the competitors. Your competitor might have just launched a new
product with great features that tops all current competitors, yet you had no idea this was
happening.
You need to know how your competitor moves at all times so that you can take immediate action
and develop strategies that can keep your business competitive in the marketplace.

1. Our bicycles are all produce in other country, so we could control the quality of our
product more closely than others.
2. We use high technological equipment to test our products before they’ve been shipped to
the stores.

c. How will you make use of your strengths to grow your sales?

I can use my strengths to standout my business among other. If people that we offered
high quality products which is my strengths that will attract many customers, knowing
that we examined all our product by high technological equipment before we sell them
many customers would buy on our shop, that’s what customers what a high quality
product. By that I can grow my business. When my employee including me know and use
our strength we are more engaged, we could perform better, and are less likely to happen
sales declined. Your strengths extend beyond the tasks you excel at. They are the
abilities and experiences that make you stronger, keep you energized, and make you feel
at ease. You are more likely to feel productive, engaged, and fulfilled if you employ your
strengths on a daily basis. This is due to the fact that your strengths are your most natural
way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. When you use your abilities, growing your
business and situations become easier to complete, and you feel more in flow. Because
you are motivated and in your element, you may spend hours on a particular pastime.

d. What will you do to correct your top 2 business weaknesses?

Even though weaknesses are normal, the only way to tackle them is to identify them and
address them. That way a weakness won’t derail you
First of all, you have to admit your weaknesses, if you can’t accept your weaknesses you
can address it. Second be with someone who can help and uplift you to address the
weakness. Having a good marketing strategy will help you gain more customers. Ads,
promos, freebies. Attract your customers so that they will know your product. Innovating
product will help you big time, think of one product that anyone in your competitors
doesn't have. For the second weakness Becoming more flexible in your modes of
transportation can help offset costs in ways that you might not have considered.
Shipping freight by sea is usually less expensive than by air. But the time it takes
might be costing you sales. Keep an eye on transportation costs for different modes
and don’t be afraid to make the switch.
