Executive Summary
This study is done to determine the feasibility of our trip to Miranjani top, and all the
planning included for the preparation and activities that are to be held throughout the
trip. The report will prove the potential of our site selected.

Furthermore, the analysis includes review of all costs included collectively, the
activities added in the package, the location, and surrounding sites, the weather and
lastly, solutions for any mishaps occurring during the trip.

The site is studied through experiences shared online and in person. All ideas taken
for the economic planning is done through previous trips designed by travel agencies
and groups as well as private visitors. Whereas, according to our findings, Miranjani
hiking trail has the potential of being a really fun and adventurous trip. However, we
decided to add further fun activities reliable for participants travelling with us and
those who may not be able to reach the top. Our aim is to make this trip as enjoyable
as possible even if we fail to reach the viewpoint. Lastly, all required measures will be
taken as per the weather, our target market, the duration, and the available resources.

INTRODUCTION
Purpose
Our purpose for the trip is to have our clients experience a peak which is not visited by
most due to challenging hike. Whereas the study is made to determine the fun and
adventure potential of the site along with the reliability of our tour plan, which is the
main purpose of our trip.

Site Details
Lahore is the capital of the Pakistani province of Punjab and is the country's 2nd largest city
after Karachi, as well as the 26th largest city in the world. It is the largest city and historic
cultural centre of the wider Punjab region, and is one of Pakistan's most socially
liberal, progressive, and cosmopolitan cities.
Lahore exerts a strong cultural influence over Pakistan.  Lahore is a major centre
of Qawwali music. The city also hosts much of Pakistan's tourist industry, with major
attractions including the Walled City, the famous Badshahi and Wazir Khan mosques, as well
as several Sikh and Sufi shrines. Lahore is also home to the Lahore Fort and Shalimar Gardens,
both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
The services included in our package ensures ease for our customers. The total fee
collected from all our participants will cover the expenses of transportation, fuel, toll
taxes, refreshments, lunch, miscellaneous stuff like first aid, sweets, etc. No further
amount will be taken from the participants throughout the trip unless and in case of
any emergency. Other than that, the participants are free to spend their money freely.

The calculation below is based on total people who are requested to join the tour i.e., 12
people. These can change based on how many people decide to participate.

Itinerary
As time management is a pretty crucial part of our package since the hike takes about 4 to 5
hrs that too is based on the speed of our participants. Down below is the entire process and
plan of our trip to Miranjani which is to be strictly followed as designed.

Risks and solutions


Our team will ensure customer support in case of any challenge. Down below are
some risk evaluations following with their solutions.

 If a participant feels unwell on the way or on our way back, they will be taken
care of accordingly.
 In case of weather change or any such restriction, safest backup plan will be
implemented which can also mean location change.
 In case of injury, first aid box will be available with us. Severe injury will be
taken care of accordingly.
 If a participant faces difficulty in hiking, our teammates will ensure that they
are helped and guided throughout the hike.
 If a participant refuses to continue the hike, one of our team members will
make sure to stay back with them or begin their way back to the base camp.
 If weather changes occur during hike, we will make sure to immediately return
back for the sake of our participant’s safety.
