General Reminders

 The official program will start at 4PM. All participants are requested to log in to Zoom
twenty (20) minutes ahead of the schedule in order to check whether your video and
microphone are working properly, and briefly to talk about the flow of the discussion.

 It is advisable to use a laptop or desktop when you log-in to Zoom in order to clearly
see the virtual platform’s full functionality. While you may also use your mobile
phone, some of Zoom’s functions are not immediately visible in a mobile device.

 The log-in information was sent to the email that you provided. The email that you
should have received has the subject “Panelist for Restart: A Celebration of Hope
and Freedom.” Please inform the organizers immediately if you haven’t gotten the
email.

 Please do not share your Zoom link as it is exclusively to you. Should you wish to
invite others to watch the event, you may refer them to FNF Facebook’s page where
the program will be livestreamed:

 To the contestants, please inform the organizers where you will join from, i.e. if
you’re a group, will you be logging in separately or only from one computer. We need
to determine the number of people who will appear on Zoom.

 During the discussions, the general rule is to keep your answers short so that the
facilitator can get the views of all the speakers. The feedback session per artist’s
song is each given a two-minute allotment.

 Please mute your audio when someone else is speaking. You can turn it on again
should you desire to speak.

Program Flow

Program Description
Opening The host will welcome the viewers, and briefly explain the
rationale of the program. After which, FNF Philippines Head
Rebecca Zistel will give the opening remarks.

Presentation of Freedom DJ Shai will present the Freedom Song music videos. After each
Songs and Feedback video is played, the feedback session with the assigned judge will
session immediately follow, each lasting two minutes.

DJ Shai will ask the contestant about his/ her inspiration to the
song. If they are a group, we ask that they identify only one
speaker.
 DJ Shai will then call on the judge to give his/ her feedback on the
song.

Please be mindful of the time.

Freedom Flames DJ Shai will introduce all the awardees, and then open the
discussions.

Online voting DJ Shai will explain the mechanics, which will also be flashed on
the screen. Five minutes will be allotted for voting, and during this
time, last year’s Freedom Song winner: Lumikha Tayo ng Mundo
will be played.

Awarding There will be a summary video of the top five songs.

DJ Shai will announce the winner of the Popular Vote, and she will
ask Rebecca Zistel to announce 2021’s Freedom Song.

Acceptance speech DJ Shai will call on the winner of 2021’s Freedom Song to give a
short speech.

Closing DJ Shai will congratulate all the contestants.

The winning video will be replayed.
