When I select the users option, everything opens correctly, but when I try to
create a new user, I get an error and then when I close the error window and try Task 151329
to return to the users module the whole module is blank and the only way to re-
enter is refreshing the RCMLinx page.

When I create a case the time goes until 22:00 and not until 23:00 as it
should be
The Download ALL option in the Download Schedule option, shows error
msg "Error, An error has ocurred"
By tapping the facility option, when I tap on the Send button, there is a msg
saying "Sending schedule, please wait", however, there is no other msg
confirming that the schedule has been succesfully sent.

When I select this module, It says "No data", the information is not
displayed automatically. What I have to do, it's to tap on one of the ORs to
see the information displayed. This issue is not in the Preview option of the
Schedule module.
When I switch to other faciilty in the filter, the cases that are scheduled at
that facility are not automatically displayed, what I have to do, it's to tap on
the OR once I had selected the facility whose cases I would like to see, or to
tap on the search button, unlike the date selection, which does display
automatically the cases once the date has been changed.

Yo (Camila Bermudez) ingresé en el ambiente DEMO con el perfil de
doctor Larry Scott (usuario: scott/camila.bermudez) para someter un ticket
creado desde la app por la compañera LUISA RODRIGUEZ con asignación
al doctor Scott, al someter el ticket se encontró en los LOGS que el ticket
había sido sido sometido por dos personas a la vez, Luisa y Camila. El
ticket se sometió desde el perfil de Larry Scott y los logs deberían mostrar
que fue este doctor quien lo sometió. Adjunto captura
When I pass manually the ticket with H. Account #87364 to RCM Process,
it remains in accepted status even though the system shows the succesfully
msg informing that the ticket has been sent to RCM, which is not true.

The following logs are not showing information: Whiteboard, My
Schedule, Documents, Cloud, CME, credits, password, form, app sent,
panel subunits, panel distributor, panel call, panel timeline, panel call
points, validate.
Use Deleted instead of Erased, for the validation msg "This print work
cannot be erased as it contains labels associated to a ticket with a current or
future Date of Service." that shows up when a print job is trying to be
deleted having the ticket #VE22011700422725 associated to it. Also, this
validation msg should not come up when deleting the print job as the ticket
that has the label queue associtated, is cancelled.

The ticket with h. account #90123 that was rejected, does not
appear in the rejected section of the My Schedule Control Center,

and My Claims) Curiosly, the rejected ticket now appears in
the rejected notiifcation of the control center fors the My

Observations/errors Comments
When a label queue has been created from any pending ticket, the app allows
to cancel the pending ticket even though it is associated to a label queue and a
print Job has been created.
When the ticket with H. Account #12345 under the facility 7 is returned from
the Pending section to the Pool from MD Web, when opening the ticket in
Pool as Dr. Brian James, the app shows the error msg “”Oops! Something
went wrong. Feel free to reach us at support@mdcloudps.com, if the issue
persist. CL2001“ // I tried the same actions with a ticket with H. Account This error has been fixed
#12345 in Arlington test under the facility Arlington Day Surgery, and
noticed that this error msg does not show up. // I noticed that the same is
happening with ticket with H. Account #23456 under facility 7, this time the
msg shows when I try to open it from the pending status.
When creating ticket with H. Account #2345 I noticed that when I turn on the This error is not from
Cost Center toggle and fill out the form displayed, it just keeps winding and Database. Report to
freezes when I tap on the save button. Android.
