past two months.

This is to bring to your attention that despite contacting your local office several times there has been
no response from your service representatives.

The lady who has been attending to my complaints is Mrs. Mehra. I am very disappointed with the
service provided by your reputed company. I have been trying to explain her the issues, but to no avail.
I requested her several times to send an engineer to inspect the machinery, however no response from
her end.

Please do whatever is necessary to expedite this request by asking your service department to send
someone over to inspect the machinery immediately.
