Adverbs of Frequency - How Often

Adverbs of frequency ( always, usually, never, etc.) say how often something happens.

You usually put adverbs of frequency before the verb.

The adverb can sometimes be in different positions in the sentence. For example, you put
the adverb of frequency after the verb to be .

Examples:
• This coffee shop is always busy.
• I usually go for a walk in the neighborhood.
• I always eat dinner in the kitchen.
• I always go to yoga class on Wednesdays.
• Susan rarely eats breakfast.
