This document summarizes a mini listening activity for elementary students. The activity involves playing "Capture the Flag" to help students practice identifying family members. Students are divided into two teams and given badges with the names of family members. The teacher will call out a family member and the students wearing that badge race to capture the flag. The team with the most flags captured wins. The goals are for students to reflexively recognize family members when they hear the words and improve their listening skills through an engaging physical game.
