RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

2. I am fully aware of the on-going site development construction and that I am made to understand as I
also observe that the on-going construction activity will pose risk, danger, noise, pollution and
inconvenience on my/our part. Thus, I waive, release and quit all my claims/damages that I may have for
or against __________________________________________ and all its employees, management,
owners or its duly authorized representative which may arise now or in the future.
3. I hereby release __________________________________________, Its representatives, successor and
assigns, employees, officers and directors of any liability from any defects and damage that will arise
from any improvement and renovation of the unit that I implemented.
4. I fully understand that the power supply of the subdivision is still temporary and unstable hence I hereby
release __________________________________________, its representatives, successors and assigns,
employees, officers and directors of any liability to my unit and appliances of any damage cause by the
unstable and fluctuating power supply.
5. That I am holding myself solely liable for any loss, damage, or deficiency occasioned by theft, robbery,
fire or any other incident that may affect my unit.
6. I take full responsibility for securing the unit/lot, the house that I am about to move-in and/or any
materials or items I may bring inside.
7. If, for whatever reason, the unit/lot is foreclosed, forfeited or cancelled, the house and/ or any
improvements, repairs or renovations we have made shall not chargeable to
__________________________________________ and form part of the property of
__________________________________________.
8. I also commit to vacate the lot and the constructed house and improvements, repairs or renovations in
case of foreclosure, forfeiture or cancellation.

In addition, we promise to abide by all the subdivision rules and regulations as per advise of the subdivision
