Students First
Every day over 2,800 dedicated employees, energetic
volunteers, supportive community members, and local agencies
invest in the nearly 30,000 students in the Saddleback Valley
Unified School District. Our dedicated team, with a singular focus
to put students first, has led to rising test scores, championship
athletic teams, professionally recognized performing arts, and
day-to-day successes in each and every classroom.
A tour of our schools reveal successful educational settings

learning communities in the future. This concept of coming
together in a family culture helps us serve students in five cities
and multiple neighborhoods including Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo,
Rancho Santa Margarita and Trabuco Canyon.
SVUSD schools offer a unique emphasis in science, language arts,
performing arts, second language immersion, environmental education and AP
and IB Classes. With a two-to-one student to device ratio, technology is used
to enhance student learning at all grade levels and makes our students and
staff some of the most recognized leaders in educational technology today. The
ongoing support has led to 29 California Distinguished Schools and 13 national
Blue Ribbon Schools.
Saddleback Valley’s team of dedicated teachers, hardworking support staff,
and student centered administrators help students make a difference in their
communities.
