and alteration of the above said property and to get the completion certificate
(s) of the said construction, addition, and/or alteration from the competent
concerned authorities.
5. To apply and get water, Electricity and Sewer connection and other services
from the office of the concerned authorities and also changed the existing name
from the department concerned.
6. To apply and get mutation sanctioned from the office of the appropriate
authorities in respect thereof and also to sign and subf!1it any kind of
applications, affidavits, Indemnity Bond, Undertaking, Prescribed forms etc.
7. To apply and get any compensation amount if awarded by any of the authorities
in respect thereof.

revenue dcpat1ments. Municipal authorities and other competent authorities in
respect thereof:
11 . To let out the property on rent/lease to any person or persons and to realize the
rent(s) under a legal separate receipts(s) or otherwise and to file
suit/proceedings for the ejectment of the above said property and/or recovery
of Rent/Lease amount.
13. To apply and get the above said property transferred and converted from lease
hold to free hold and to get the conveyance Deed from the department
concerned in the name of the anybody and also to submit any kind of
documents, affidavits, applications, prescribed forms etc.
14. To execute a rectification deed for rectification of the said deed of the said
property and to get the same registered in the office of the S.R.Delhi.
15. To apply and get the Income Tax clearance certificate if necessary for the
transfer of the said property from the appropriate authorities.
16. To pay the lease money and other charges, dues and demands to the department
concerned.
