With this system, we wish to improve the productive and improve the
productive and improve the workflow of the barangay officials “Barangay
Household Record System” a system that manage household information of the
barangay composed of elements design to perform a set of task that have been
programmed. It is an information system for government institution to manage all
confidential information of the barangay. It includes list of name’s Purok
location,and Date of birth.
The team will use the application in development of the system. Wherein it
prioritize rapid prototyping and quick feedback. With rapid application
development, developers can make multiple iterations and updates to software
rapidly without needing to start a census scheduled from scratch each time.

The project sponsor on this system is Hon. Edgard Rendon, the barangay
captain of Cambatong, Municipality of Hinatuan. Project sponsor system that will
help out and improve the process of barangay secretary in government
transaction and management.
The project aim to have easier, hassle free, have a faster and improve the
way of managing the household census, manage population record personal
profiles of government transaction, it help the barangay to organized while it
reduces working effort of barangay official and staff boosting the productivity of
the barangay.
Technical feasibility
The clients are quite familiar of this kind of application. Initially the user will
not be having difficulties in using this application. But after the user has been
clearly introduce to the application they would find the system more convenient
and efficient to handle in tracing household and management. It can boost
productivity with reduced working effort.
The team is familiar with the technology that is being developed. Before
the application is being developed, the team have done research and studied the
client’s management to equip with knowledge on what is the workflow and
operation of the organization.
It is a low risk due to the benefits that the brgy. will get having this record
system. The brgy. official can easily trace the household record of brgy, trace up
the persons status and manage its record.
Project Methodology
The system will help the administration save people private details by not
spending more time well-searched on paper documents.
In this system it will only take time to install the application, it needs
connection but after installing the application it can use this offline anytime.
The system can do edit, save and delete if incase. But it is much better to
encode carefully and well detailed information.
The table illustrates the positions of the team and the assigned personnel to the
specific jobs. It also illustrates the unique description of each job.

a) The system allows the administrator of the system save personal information in
Brgy. Household Record System.
b) Once the information is input it is automatically saved.

a) The system allows the administrator of the system to edit personal information to
the Household Record System.
b) The system allows the administrator of the system to update the information or
details of particular information.
4. Delete Button
a) The system allows the administrator of the system deleting personal information.
b) Using the delete button the administrator of the system can change the data.
c) The system allows the administrator of the system to delete the information if the
admins mistaken or the save details can be deleted if it’s wrong.

a) The system allows the administrator to add new information in the database.
b) The system allows the administrator to update particular information in the
database.
c) The system allows the administrator to add household member in the
database.

1. All the records stored in the database are according to the census of previous year.

edit button, delete button, search button and add button to manage the

b) The Household Record system will run without data connection wherein the
status of internet connection in Brgy. Cambatong is unpredictable.

Administration Management System (Desktop). The user will log in and will be directed
to the admin interface according to the role. (Admin, Barangay Secretary) in their user
account (admin).
