What is Artificial Intelligence—AI?
In the simplest terms, artificial intelligence (AI)
refers to systems or devices that mimic human
intelligence to perform tasks and that can improve
themselves based on the information they
gather. Artificial intelligence manifests itself in a
number of forms.
Some of these examples:
• Chatbots use AI to understand customer problems
faster and provide more efficient answers
• Unlock your phone with Face ID
• Social media
• Send an email or message
• Google search
• voice assistant
• smart home appliances
• commuting to work
• banking operations
Examples from the video :
Alibaba
• Alibaba uses artificial intelligence every day to predict what
we want to buy and also uses artificial intelligence to describe
the product Also they have projects for artificial intelligence
cities.

Google ( Alphabet )
• The latest example is (google duplex) which is almost a
voice interface (voice assistant) that can make phone calls on
your behalf so that a restaurant appointment can be booked
and the other person on the line won't know it's not a real
person when they're talking to them
