1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the modular

learning to you?
- This pandemic changed our lives and also our surroundings, It also affected the system of
learning in which it changed dramatically. Of course, there are many students who are lucky
enough to attend an educational status and there are some students that are quite unfortunate
due to financial problem in life resulting to an academic break. This pandemic affected school
learning in which face to face classes is temporarily out of hand, therefore, a new method of
learning is introduced to us students which are modular and virtual learning. It changes our
perspective of learning and that it causes a lot of problems that we cannot bare to withstand by
ourselves, this leads to an advantage and disadvantage for students in this new world of
learning. The advantage of modular learning for me is that you can have the free will of studying
without any risk of facing the problem of the outside world, you will be unharmed and avoid
severe risk. Also, you will have a better focus on studying more because you’re in your comfort
space wherein, no one is around you to make judgmental statements about you. The
disadvantages of it, however, is that you won’t have that natural teaching method and you
might get carried away by laziness resulting mental problems caused by stressing about your
modular background.

2. What in general have you learn/realized about your situation with

regards to your studies?
- That I barely learn enough about this modular learning throughout the whole school year due to
a lot of personal problem that caused my mind to be sturdy. To be honest, I’ve learnt so little
about the discussions/topics that my module has to offer me. I paid so little attention to it and
didn’t really gave the rightful focus that I should’ve given. This made me realized that if I don’t
do this in a way that my grades would be excellent, the future of my educational background
would not be so bright as I expect it would be. That’s why I’m making a change with myself and
with my personal studies, and that I shouldn’t think about the obstacles of learning but the goal
and the achievement of learning. The situation for me right now is kinda rough, I'm on a rough
spot for the moment and by that I can’t focus well on my studies but I'm still doing my best even
though it’s problematic, I would never underestimate my capability of learning and doubting the
vision of my future self. Even though I’m struggling with my situation, I always think that I would
get this through and conquer it like never before, this is my way of learning if I’m in a tough spot
regardless of my situation that I’m in. The most important part of my realization is that you must
learn with discipline and dedication, because this will help you move forward and achieve life
goals and make you a better version of yourself, even when you're facing your darkest days. Just
always focus on your study no matter how hard it is, you can always believe in yourself.
3. What do you suggest to have this coming school year?
- I would definitely wish of having is a bright mindset and great will, it will change how I study and
how I learn new things about life. I always wanted to change myself in a good way every school
year, so, that I would get rid of the negative personality that I had developed by myself in that 1
whole year period of time. I would very much suggest to have a strong educated system on my
school to help other students who are struggling with their academic background. We must
carry on the precise learning method that once had before and make an amazing comeback to
our education system. A year of studying without any problem and making face to face classes
comeback again. I would suggest better learning method for students this coming school year
because most of the students aren’t really learning that well... they’re underestimating the value
of education just because no one is taking an eye on them. We need to change better in this
incoming school year, this is what we need and what we should provide with extreme
awareness. To change is to have courage and dignity to one’s self and that’s where we should be
persistent in making multiple bright changes. If this school year was not ideal for you, then we
have to make the change in order to prevent another bummer school year. Suggest better ideas
in supporting the changes for this upcoming school year.
