Today, we are challenged with a new normal way of life and we provide an
alternative solution during this time of pandemic. We all know that Filipinos love
to eat. That is why we create and innovate our business to better assist our
customers during times of uncertainty.

Sam-G? Sa Bahay is a restaurant that is constantly thinking innovative ways to


offer its customers. It is a restaurant that serve Korean cuisine and provide
pickup and delivery service. Food can be prepared for takeout or for door-to-door
delivery to the specified locations. According to a recent assessment, the
industry's obstacles are low because initial capital expenditures are cheap. An
operator can lease buildings, equipment, furniture, and interiors to save upfront
capital expenses, outlays, and borrowings.

Over the last years, the industry has reacted the same way to the several key
industries within the larger food services industry. Korean restaurants have
grown in popularity in recent years, after years of being under the culinary radar
of most Americans.

Sam-G? Sa Bahay offered Several staples of Korean cuisine such as marinated


meat; rice; kimchi; fermented pickled vegetables and the equipment that you need
to use in order to enjoy your dining at home. Korean food has recently been
fashionable in the culinary world, boosting the appeal of the meals prepared by
this profession. Furthermore, several of the food trucks at the forefront of the new
street vendor boom have offered Korean fusion delights (such as bulgogi tacos),
boosting the cuisine's profile even further.

The business is also working to alleviate unemployment in the area by recruiting


new employees and planning to open a new location to enhance employment
opportunities. The Korean restaurant sector is a booming industry nowadays and
contributing significantly to the Philippine economy. With low startup costs and
no special licensing requirements, the Korean restaurant sector has little hurdles
to entry. Entrepreneurs who wish to open their own Korean restaurant may find
the high level of rivalry and market saturation in a fading industry challenging.

Success Factors

The main Goal of the Business Is to provide great customer Experience with Their
family and love ones. The factors that we need are High quality product, Good
Services, Fast Transaction, Good Attitude and Affordable Price. Through this it
will help our business to have a good relationship with our customer. We will be
the most famous Korean BBQ provider in the Novaliches by our unique style and
helping our customer to be safe and enjoying the moment their loves while eating
Korean BBQ at home.

Financial Plan

Sam-G? Sa Bahay! Financial plan is consist of employees salary and projected


Cash Flow, it provides the Capital of the business, amount of raw materials,
Equipment, Labor and sales through this it will measures the performance of the
business and how we can adjust our sales if need. The General partnership
composed of six people. While the starting capital of our business is PHP100, 000
and we all contribute PHP 16,666 each. The Projected income for the next 3 years
will be 1,132,920.00 and in 5 years 7,155,544.00 Overall the members of the
business will be responsible for the result.

avoid the COVID-19 virus. SAM-G SA BAHAY is the best innovative restaurant of
all time, through delicious quality meals. Our restaurant is well recognized and
ingrained in everyone’s culture

The business initial capital is Php. 1,000,000.00 from partner’s investment SAM-
G? SA BAHAY! is a general partnership which is composed of six (6) partners. The
partners will contribute Php. 166,666.667 each that will serve as the starting
capital of the business. The management team for the business are all
hardworking, dedicated, caring and competent employees. Ms. Jiezhel Baltazar
Bernardo will act as the CEO of the business, Ms. Anne De Leon will be the
operation director, Mr. Asami Del Mundo as the staff director, Mr. Renz Ramos
the staff, Lenard John Adorable as the finance director and John Edison Asistin
will be the finance specialist.

SAMG? SA BAHAY! Are believed to have been made during the pandemic. Also
known as samgyeopsal that came from Korean cuisine. The main ingredients are
pork, kimchi, chili bean paste. The pork is marinated and all you need to do is to
cook the pork. Months passed by SAMG? SA BAHAY! Become more attractive to
the customer’s taste because of the marinated pork and different side dishes
many Filipinos enjoy eating without leaving their houses because we offered to
deliver the food on their houses.
Target Customer
SAMG SA BAHAY’s biggest advantage over its competitors is; it has
many segments that are well known in the market. In that case they
can attract more customers, investors, and
shareholders/stakeholders.
Civilians, students especially Korean Fans, Female, Male or any
gender, Married or Single etc. and any people or person who can
afford to buy the product are the target market of the Company.
Because civilians are the sources of ideas for the company on how to
innovate their products, and to satisfy their wants out of their limited
allowance/budget.
SM Stores, Grocery stores, Public bulletin boards, and Social Media,
are the places where they can put their advertisement about their
product with high returns on investment, fast moving and quality
that suits the needs of their customers/guests.

Promotion Plan

We give a sample to demonstrate the quality of the food product. Free samples are
used by restaurants to introduce customers to new menu items. Members of SAM
G? SA BAHAY crowd around sample stations to try out new food items. When a
product can be broken down into smaller components while still providing the full
experience, this strategy works. We are using advertising method to improve our
food products, our advertising reminds customers about the quality of the food
product or service, advertising can increase sales by telling potential and current
customers about your new product launches.

Management Team Members

Staffing Requirements

Store Manager - A store manager oversees monitoring the business's daily


operations and ensuring that everything works efficiently and reliably. Motivating
sales teams, formulating business plans, designing promotional materials, and
training new employees are among their responsibilities. 
Sales Associate - Call center sales representatives are typically served by help
desk sales agents who sell telecommunication services. They are the frontline in
this line of business since the transaction is more on delivery. They make
outbound and inbound calls to customers in order to promote and sell their
goods and services. Their job also includes managing several inbound calls to
provide a prompt response.

Production Staff - They assist in the assembly of products and monitor


deliveries. They are also assigned to incoming and outgoing products in the
product inventory. They collaborate closely with other Production Workers to
ensure product quality and meet deadlines for the deliveries. They are also in
charge of keeping the production area clean. Provides a fair, pleasant, and
courteous treatment ensures a positive customer experience. Scans things,
itemizes, and totals customers' purchases on a cash register to record sales.

Delivery Staff - Loading, transporting, and delivering products in a safe and


timely manner to clients or enterprises. Before and after delivery, reviewing orders
to ensure that they are complete, costs are correct, and the customer is
satisfied.Assisting with vehicle loading and unloading, as well as ensuring that
the goods is delivered door to door.
