Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lubricates moving parts of heavy equipment throughout the facility.
2. Changes oil in machine reservoir; cleans and replaces oil filters.
3. Ensures that automatic lubrication equipment operates correctly, replacing empty drums
4. Fills automatic dispensers, oil cans and oil cups.
5. Identifies and analyze when and what type of preventive maintenance is required related to the Oiling
process in Palm Oil Refinery equipment.
6. Completes logs, reports, or other documentation related to the Oiling process in the installation,
replacement, modification or changing of machine part and attachments.
7. Removes superfluous oil and grease from machinery, tools and floor.
8. Collect data for Oiling process and present report to superior.
9. Complies with applicable state, company regulation and safety and environmental protection.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate education from Engineering Faculties (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial
Automation and Chemistry).
2. Fresh graduate or have work 1 – 2 year experience in the same field is preferred.
3. Have the ability to work with computer and systems, also willing to work on factory site.
4. Able to work in Shift condition arrangement.
5. Able to work in high pressure conditions and achieve predetermined targets.
6. Have good English skill.
