HSE Leaflet
This is in continuation to the recent incident of MTI of Mr. Asim Manna happened on dated 6 th
April’2020. The incident has necessitated to implement the following rules with immediate effect.

1. No Employee shall leave their respective workstation and visit other work area(s) without
prior permission of the Area Manager.
2. No employee will be allowed to perform any job/task in other work area (other than his own
work area) without obtaining prior permission of Contract Manager / Area Manager.
3. No employees will operate/ inspect any machine, equipment, tool if he is not trained and
authorized by Area Manager.
4. Only authorized employees will operate inspect machine and equipment of their respective
work station.

All are requested to adhere strictly to this HSE Leaflet. Any violation shall attract strict disciplinary
action as deemed proper.

Further all employees have been trained on 8 CORE Safety Rules as outlined below by the Company.
If any employee violates any of these Rules, he will be liable for disciplinary action as deemed fit and
proper.

8 CORE SAFETY RULES

1 Not wearing mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

2 Operating equipment or vehicles without training or authorization

3 Removing, bypassing, or tampering with machine guarding and safety devices

4 Not applying lock, tag, and try before any intervention on a machine

5 Not ensuring all high-risk activities are covered by a Daily Permit to Work (PTW)

6 Not securing fall protection before working at height

7 Entering a confined space without checking whether able to breathe and escape

8 Performing electrical work without being certified and authorized
