Our vision of serving the customer through innova ve products has led SINDHU
CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS & SERVICES (SCPS) to launch and grow a basket of products under
the Weldrite® brand which lead to improved construc on.

Our focus has always been towards benefits to the ul mate user so that his building is
repaired and/or built to the highest levels.
SCPS is based in suburban Mumbai since 2007 with a skilled workforce including IIT-IIM
alumni. Weldrite® products include an array of plumbing products, silicone sealants,
construc on chemicals, general industry chemicals & products.

We have recently expanded our range in cleaners division introducing Home care items like
Tap & Bath Cleaner, Drain Cleaner, Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner, Heavy Duty Tile Cleaner,
Toilet Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Advanced Disinfectant Floor Cleaner, Glass Cleaner and Liquid
Detergent For Clothes and many more to come.
Our other new products include MP80, Advanced Rust Protector, Rust Converter, Wood
Polish, Wood Cleaner, Wood Polish Thinner, Advanced Waterproofing Emulsion, Paint Primers,
Chain Lubricant & Cleaner.

We have also launched several industry firsts like India's first solvent cement spray. The
Weldrite® range includes a largest range of CPVC, UPVC, PVC and ABS Solvent Cements &
primers.

Construc on Chemicals for all situa ons - be it leaky terraces, toilets, cracked plaster, spalled
concrete, deteriorated steel elements or just to improve the proper es and life of new
projects.

Our Metal cleaner cleans the rusted surface of scales, oily residue ,

Direc ons for use:

1. Clean the metal surface to remove grime, dust and any residue.
2. All rust will need to be removed first. Loose pieces if any should be removed by wire brush
or sandpaper as necessary. This protector DOES NOT remove rust. It is clear so any rust le
will show thru.
3. You can use Weldrite® Rust Convertor (sold separately) to convert rust into black color.
However loose rust must be removed first.
4. Wipe down and let the metal surface dry.
5. Once dry, apply Weldrite® Rust Protector by brush or cloth etc on the metal surface. Wait
for 15-45 min based upon weather condi ons.
6. Apply second coat. For large surfaces, apply second coat at 90 degrees (right angle) to first
coat.
7. Do not puddle. A thin coat is enough. If excess is put, it can be wiped off.
8. Your product is now protected for many years.

• Weldrite® AWE is superior to conven onal waterproofing products like URP, SBR etc.
• Weldrite® Advanced Waterproofing Emulsion (AWE) can be used to provide
outstanding waterproofing for roofs, exterior walls and interior walls. It can be used to
repair & protect from leakage from interior walls as well.
• The waterproofing for roofs will last for 5 years or more. Total cost for Roof
waterproofing (waterproofing cost only) is Rs. 13/- per sq foot.

• Wall waterproofing – expected to last 5 years or more. Total cost , waterproofing
only Rs. 6/- sq . Also no primer is needed. This works as primer & waterproofing both.
• Weldrite® AWE has all important characteris cs like algae and fungal resistance,
elas city for bridging micro cracks, reasonable UV resistance, complete insolubility of the
film in water, compa bility with most types of overcoats.

49 Special Waterproofing Products

Directions for Use:
A. Roof Waterproofing
1. Clean the roof surface. Remove all dust and any loose debris. The roof surface should be
smooth and firm. Repair all fitting and major cracks etc.
2. First Coat - Dilute Weldrite® AWE 1:1 with water. Apply first coat with brush or mop or
suitable applicator. Coverage 5 sq m per kg of final mixture.
3. Second Coat - Ratio is 2 liter AWE : 1kg cement : 0.4liter water. Mix well and apply
second coat. Coverage 5 sq m for final mixture 1kg. Please note that the density of AWE is
1 so you can use 1 liter or 1 kg as required for measurement.
B. Waterproofing internal/exterior walls -
1. Mix ratio 2 liter AWE : 1kg cement : 0.4 liter water.
2. Mix well and apply.
3. Coverage 5 sq m per kg of final mixture.
4. This will serve as primer as well.
C. Repair Internal Leakage
1. Clean leakage area. Remove all loose coating , paint and plaster. Ideally expose upto
brick level
2. Crack filling: Fill all cracks as follows.
2a. Mix 1 part cement with 1 part sand no 10 (river sand).
2b. Dilute AWE with 20% water
2c. For crack filling paste, mix the cement and sand mixture as in (2a). Mix with diluted
AWE as in (2b) .Keep on adding diluted AWE until you get thick paste.
3. Now apply plaster as follows
3a. Mix 1 part cement with 1 part sand no 10 (river sand).
3b. Dilute AWE with 20% waterFor plaster, mix the cement and sand mixture as in
(3a). Mix with diluted AWE as in. (3b). Keep on adding AWE until you get plaster like
consistency.
D. INTERIOR & EXTERNAL PRIMER
1. Mix ratio 2 liter AWE : 1kg cement : 0.4 liter water to use as interior and exterior primer
in place of regular paint primer.
2. Mix well and apply coat.
3. Coverage 5 sq m per kg of final mixture.
4. This primer is far superior to ordinary primers.
5. Benefits over normal primer are - algae and fungal resistance, elasticity for bridging
micro cracks, reasonable UV resistance, complete insolubility of the film in water,
compatibility with most types of overcoats.

CAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Do not take internally. Eye contact may cause
