FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION REGARDING THE ONLINE EXAM:

1. How many times do I get to view and download Question paper for a
course?
Answer: Only once

2. How many hours do I get to attempt and submit or upload my answers?


Answer: 3 hours to answer and 1 hour to submit or upload

3. Do I have to answer only the question paper that I view and download?
Answer: Yes

4. So, if I am done with one paper (after 4 hours or earlier) can I view and
download Question paper of another course on the same day?
Answer: Yes, but you have to remember the time duration for each course is
4 hours after view and download.

5. Should I view and download all the courses Question papers at once?
Answer: No, because once you view and download you are allotted only 4
hours to answer and upload. Therefore viewing and downloading
more than one Question paper is not advisable as it will be too
much to complete in the stipulated time.

6. Should I attempt one course at a time?


Answer: Yes

7. Can I choose to attempt Question paper of any of my registered


courses?
Answer: Yes

8. Can I view and download Question paper and submit Answer paper for
Regular final semester course after the 16th October, 2020?
Answer: No, all exams must be successfully completed by the last date
following the duration of 4 hours allotted for each course or
subject

9. When is the last day to view and download Question paper and upload
or submit answer paper of my ATKT courses?
Answer: 23rd October, 2020 but if the ATKT course is offered as a Final
Semester Regular course, it must be completed by the 16th October
2020.
10.How do I log in?
Answer: Using your ID number and Registered verified Mobile number

11.Can I upload and submit my Answer papers as a photo file?


Answer: No, it must be submitted as a scan pdf file using a phone app
scanner

12.Can I type my answers?


Answer: No, only hand written answers in A4 size plain or ruled sheets will
be accepted.

13.Does the A4 size answer paper have to be plain?


Answer: It can be in plain or ruled or mix A4 size sheets

14.I am a 2017 batch student final year student and I have ATKT exams
which I have not applied? Can I write my ATKT exams?
Answer: Yes

15.Me and my friends are outgoing students from 2014, 2015, and 2016
batch UG and 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 batch of PG, we have ATKT
exams, can we write the exams this October?
Answer: Yes, if you have applied for those specific courses for the March-
April ATKT exams which got postponed due to the COVID
Lockdown.

16.I am a 2015 batch student, I have ATKT in 4th semester which I didn’t
apply yet can I attempt it this time in October?
Answer: No, you can attempt only the exams you applied in March/April
2020 which got postponed due to the Lockdown. Apply for the
remaining course in November for the next exam.

17.How many hours do I have to complete one exam?


Answer: You have 3+1 (4 hrs) per course to complete your exam

18.Can I view all the questions at once after log in?


Answer: No, after viewing a question, you have only 3 hours to attempt and
1 hour to upload your pdf answered papers.
19.How will you track that I have submitted my answered paper within 4
hours?
Answer: Your viewing time and submitting time will be captured. Your
viewing time and submitting time should all be under 4 hours.

20.How many questions will I have to attempt?


Answer: 4 questions for UG and 3 questions for PG which is generated
randomly by the system from the question bank.

21.Regarding the uploading of answers, is there any page limit or space


limit, e.g. 5 pages per answer or file has to be less than 200kb or total
upload can be 2mb?
Answer: There is no limit to the size of the file and number of answer sheet

22.I have 4 courses this semester, can I login 4 times to view my questions
and then another 4 times to submit?
Answer: You can log in anytime and as many times but once you view the
questions you have 3+1 hours to submit it.

23.Do I have to stay log in for 4 hours until I submit my answer papers?
Answer: No, You can log out and login again to submit but within the time
duration (4 hours) allotted from the time you viewed the question.

24.My area has network problems, what happens if I view my questions


and I cannot stay logged in?
Answer: Once you have viewed your Questions, you don’t have to stay login
but the time allotted (4 hours from the view time) will be
applicable to submit or upload your answers.
