1. I don’t know how to use the app. Please teach me ?

2. Can I simultaneously access the app on two phones / one phone and laptop?

Ans: No, you can login to one device at a time. This is done in view of the security
reasons.

3. How can I access the course on the Laptop ?

Ans:
1. Go to www.neetudaan.com
2. Login with the same phone number you used/ registered while using the UDAAN app.
3. You can give the tests on the Laptop

4. Can I watch the videos on laptop?

Ans: No, due to security issues, we have disabled the use of Laptop for viewing videos.

5. Can I access on iPad / iPhone / other iOS devices !

Ans: Yes, follow the steps

6. What is the difference between Mediflix and UDAAN 2.0?

Ans: Mediflix give you the access to the LIVE + RECORDED Lectures while UDAAN
2.0 = Power Course Recorded Lectures + LIVE LECTURES + All India Test Series (
UITS ) + High Yield DPPs
7. After buying the course, I am not added onto any batch what should I do ?

Ans: There is no need of any batch and all material including the test series can be
accessed from the course section itself

8. I bought UDAAN earlier but I haven't been given access to the course UDAAN 2.0?

Ans: Kindly send this query onto the Telegram +91 85955 61341, You will be responded
within 48 hours. Kindly have patience.

9. At what length subject will be covered?

Ans: All the subjects will be covered within 150 hours, ensuring you the best and CRISP
content so that you can spare time for self study.

10. Are these courses available after NEET 2020?

Ans: All the courses ( UITS / Mediflix / UDAAN 2.0 ) are valid till 26th July, 2020.

11. Is UDAAN 2.0 helpful if I am in Class 12th?

Ans: Yes, Definitely, as the teachers say compete with the 2020 aspirants. All the time
after NEET 20, take it as a bonus and you surely will go great as you will have at least 8
months to improve your mistakes.

12. Is UDAAN 2.0 helpful for Class11th students ?

Ans: Yes, but for only those who are TARGETING AIIMS, Delhi

13. Is UDAAN 2.0 helpful for Class10th Students ?

Ans: No, ( however if you have deep interest in study and wish to perform Exceptionally
well in NEET, only then enrol)

14. Already Scoring 600+ in the Coaching tests what should you join?

Ans: Join UITS only. Take UDAAN 2.0 if you have some doubts in concepts of certain
chapters

15. How to ask the doubts ?

Ans: You can ask the doubts during the LIVE class on the DOUBT CLEARING
Telegram Group only accessible to UDAAN 2.0/ Mediflix users.

16. How to use telegram exclusive channel ?

Ans: All the study content is systematically arranged on the channel. Just scroll to the top
and start studying.

17. I have subscribed to Udaan but my aim for NEET 21?

Ans: Don't worry study till the validity of the course. When we launch the courses for
NEET 21/22, you will be given special privileges/ discount .

19. Can I directly contact Aman Tilak and Aryan Raj Singh sir ?

Ans: Yes you can on their instagram accounts however they may reply very due their
prior engagements.

20. How can I ask doubts regarding subject?

Ans: Kindly ask during the LIVE classes onto the DOUBT CLEARING GROUP on
Telegram.

21. In app chat is disabled. Why?

Ans: This is done so that other students do not get deviated by the notifications and can
focus on study. If you have any queries, you can telegram directly onto the telegram
helpline number. You will be reverted within 48 hours surely. Just have patience.

22. I cannot see the UITS schedule. What should I do ?

Ans: Kindly go to the Announcements section of the course you have enrolled in. There is
a PDF for the UITS Schedule.

23. Why only 1 attempt per test allowed?

Ans: This is done so that the authenticity of the results is ensured

24. Can I see / attempt the UITS test after deadline is over?

Ans: Yes, it is available onto the Batch Open to All, however you would not be getting an
All India Rank for the same.

25. If all content is freely available on YouTube, why should I join a course?

Ans: Less than 10% content of the course is freely made available in the benefit of the
students who cannot afford it. We believe that the bare minimum BASIC CONCEPTS
lectures should be open to all irrespective of whether they have enrolled or not. Our
mission is to provide you complete hand holding. Making money has never and will be
never our Priority. The venture UDAAN has been initiated by the people who already are
doctor and are already financially independent.

26. My son/daughter has accessed the app through my number? Can I change the contact
number after registration.

Ans: The contact number with which you Register onto the app is your roll number and it
cannot be changed. You can login with the same number and provide your daughter the
required OTP.

27. When will I get the rank after the UITS.

Ans: The AIR rank is available within 36 hours of the end of the deadline of the test. You
can see it as well as get the analysis of the attempted test by going to the Profile>>
Performance>> Test (you wish to know your analysis)

28. Will I get PDF of UITS test?

Ans: Yes, it is available on the EXCLUSIVE TELEGRAM CHANNEL after 36 hours of

end of UIT deadline.
