Q. Where do I attend live classes?

Ans. Visit the website aspiration.ai to login to your student account and attend live classes and study
online. URL: https://www.aspiration.ai/

Q. How will I get my login details?

Ans. Your login detail is sent to the mobile number & email ID registered with your school. Check both
your inbox and spam folders. You may want to ‘star’ this email for future reference in case you forget
your password.

Q. What to do if I didn’t receive any login details?

Please send us a mail at supportschool@clef.in . Mention that you have not received your login details
and the support team will help you out.

Q. Can I make an account on my own on aspiration.ai to attend live classes?

Ans. DO NOT SIGNUP ON YOUR OWN. You cannot attend live online classes by Delhi Govt. if you sign-
up on your own. Simply contact supportschool@clef.in if your need any help with logging in. Do not
register on your own

Q. I’m unable to change my password. What to do?

Ans. Try any of the following methods to solve your problem.

a. To change your password, go to ‘Edit Profile’ section from

‘profile’ icon in the top right of your account (see image). You
can change your password from there.

b. If you just forgot your password and don’t specifically want

to change it. Click on forget password and enter your registered
email ID. Your login details will be sent to your email ID.

c. You can always search your inbox for the email and SMS with your login details.

d. If points a, b and c didn’t solve your problem, drop us an email at supportschool@clef.in

Q. I have registered a wrong email ID/mobile no, can I get it changed?

Ans. Contact the support team at supportschool@clef.in to get it resolved. This might take some time.

Q. I have logged into my account. Where can I view the online classes?

Ans. All the videos - live and recorded - can be viewed from the home page of your Aspiration account.

a. Go to ‘Live Classes’ for attending live classes

b. Go to ‘Recorded Classes’ for viewing recordings of past lectures.

Q. What is the duration of the live classes?

Ans. The duration of each class is 1.5 hours. The schedule is in your Aspiration.ai account under the
heading Time Table

Q. How do I find out the time table of LIVE classes?

Ans. The weekly time table of live classes is updated in the ‘Time Table’ section of your aspiration
account. You can find this section right on the home page after you login.

Q. What happens if I miss any live class?

You need not worry if you miss any class. All the old classes are archived under the ‘Recorded Classes’
section. You can used that when you miss any class or want to revise any topic.

Q. How can I resolve my doubts during online classes?

You can ask your doubts via the YouTube chat window. The teachers and moderators actively monitor
the chats and can provide the solution to your doubts there itself.

Q. What if I have doubts after attending a class? What do I do?

Ans. Submit your doubts directly from your account via ‘Submit Doubts’ and we will relay it to your
teachers. The subject teachers will try to answer your doubts in their next class. Since your teachers
already know at which points most students have doubts, they will mostly cover that live itself.

Since there are a lot of students and lot of doubts flowing in, your doubts may not be answered by the
teacher in the next class. You can always approach your friends and respective school teachers for
clearing your doubts.

Q. What about the textbook of Class XII?

Ans. The link to download NCERT books pdf is put up in your Aspiration.ai account under ‘NCERT
Books’. Since most teachers would use the NCERT books, you can download the relevant books and
use them to study at home.

Q. What other study material is available on Aspiration?

Ans. The Class PPTs and home assignments of all the subjects are made available on Aspiration, under
the sections ‘Class Notes’ and ‘Assignment’ respectively. A student can study the class notes and take
homework assignments from these sections.

Q. What if PPTs or assignments for some classes are missing?

Ans. The class notes and assignments section are updated every day. These are updated as per the
notes and assignments shared by the respective subject teachers.

If you do not find the study material you are looking for 48 hours after you first checked, please raise
the concern during the respective subject’s live class. You can also submit the concern via the doubts
section in your Account.

Q. Will Computer Science classes be conducted?

Ans. Computer Science is not one of the subjects being taught at present. Students will be informed
well in advance before the commencement of Computer Science classes.

Q. When would I be able to get classes of Home science/other subjects which are not offered
currently?

Ans. The most important subjects of each stream have been started. Other subjects, especially one
which needs more face to face connect with teachers, will be started at later dates and announced
accordingly.

Q. How is my attendance marked?

Ans. A student’s attendance is marked only when she logs-in to her aspiration account and joins the
live classes.

Technical Issues

Q. I am unable to play the recorded videos. Why?

Ans. This can happen due to multiple reasons. Try these steps for troubleshooting

a. Internet connectivity issues: reset your internet connection and try again.

b. Trouble with flash player: Enable the flash player and click on run flash when prompted (you may
need to allow pop-ups for this). Read the next answer for a detailed answer.

c. If you are still unable to play the video try switching to a different browser or different device.

d. Server maintenance: Our servers may be under maintenance, try to login after 1-2 hours.

Q. How to enable flash player in my browser?

Ans. The following example is for Google Chrome. Other browsers also follow a similar process.

a. Click on this icon. You can find this in the top of the page next to the page URL.
b. A small menu opens up. Click on ‘Site Settings’.
c. A new page will open up with setting options. Find the option called flash and change the
setting to allow.

• Attend the live classes regularly and avoid skipping it at any cost
• Go through the concepts and solved examples of the topic to be taught before attending the
live class
• Keep making notes. But focus more on understanding the concepts and clearing your doubts.
• Avoid wasting your time on chatting if the same doubt has already been asked by other
students in order to avoid creating disturbance for the teachers and other students.
• Study the concepts and solved examples again and try solving exercise questions on your own.
• Watch the recorded session and then make proper notes of key concepts and good questions
not covered in your school book
• Do the homework given by teachers regularly so that you can be regular at practice and can
know about your Strengths & Weaknesses.
• Ask your doubts to the teachers
• Use aspiration.ai in the best proper way regularly without leaving any section untouched
