You have successfully completed the Mentor Application process.

You can use your registered mobile number to directly LOG IN to the app & solve
doubts.

Basic Mentor Requirements

1. Compulsory to solve doubts using a phone stand only.

If you don’t have a phone stand , purchase it within 7 days and continue solving
doubts.
2. You are required to solve 20 doubts/day.
If you are unable to solve a minimum of 120 doubts in a week, we will warn and
remove you from the platform.
3. You have to ensure the quality of sessions are maintained.
All your sessions are closely monitored by our quality team and required action will
be taken if your rating drops below 4.

Basic instructions for using the app

1. Log in with your registered mobile number

2. To start receiving doubts, select ONLINE
3. As and when students upload doubt images,you will get a pop up notification on
your phone and the questions will appear on the home screen.
4. Use the REFRESH button on the top right corner or swipe down to refresh to load
new questions.
5. You can click on the doubt image (it will contain the standard & subject). If you
select SOLVE QUESTION, it will directly take you to the video call where you are
required to solve the doubt.

Procedure to solve doubts on the app

Note : for each doubt session ensure you follow the below procedure to ensure your
rating is above 4.5

1. Session starting
Start the session by greeting the student.
Ask if they are able to see your notebook and hear you clearly.
Check which language is convenient for the student

2. Main body
Speak at a speed that is easy for the student to understand.
Before solving the doubt, you can start with an example, reference or give context
of the topic or doubt.

3. Session closure
Maintain neat and legible handwriting throughout the session.
Before ending the session give a summary of the doubt , ask the student if they
understand what you taught (if the student has not understood, try to solve the
doubt in another method)

4. Solution image
It is mandatory to send a step by step solution image after each doubt.
Crop the image neatly , take a clear picture of the solution before uploading it.

Ensure you read this pdf at least 2 times before you start solving doubts on the app and
follow the same procedure to solve doubts. Showcase your best self and focus on
sharing knowledge.
