In a hospital there is a patient who is admitted to the ward, according to the doctor's orders
must be hospitalized to undergo some tests and treatment again. Then she is taken to the ward by a
staff member, the nurse will show her the bed. Next the nurse showed how to use the nurse call bell.
The nurse explained that if she needed something, just press the orange button, while the yellow button
to operate the lights. The nurse also explained if something happened, press the emergency button.

After a while, another nurse came to James to check. The nurse sits near the patient and asks
some questions. The nurse's name is Jo. Nurse Jo asked him what kinds of foods James liked while in the
hospital, and James replied that there were certain foods that James liked, such as salads. After that the
nurse explained that she would do a physical examination such as checking body temperature, blood
pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels. The nurse also explained that the action would not hurt just to wear
the arm cuff a little tighter, and the nurse did other checks.

After a few minutes, the doctor came to check the condition of James' lungs. The doctor asked
permission to undress James for the examination and ordered him to take a deep breath. After
conducting an examination the doctor also said that James' condition was fine. After the inspection was
over, the clerk gave James the food he wanted and asked James to eat it. Then the nurse came to give
James some medicine that James had to take after eating.

The nurse will come back again to check whether the medicine given has been taken or not.
After nursing care was completed, sometimes a senior doctor called a Consultant would come to see
James. The consultant, junior doctor, and nurse will then meet to discuss the situation. They would look
at James' chart and then come see James. Everyone will work hard to make the patient better so that
the patient can go home as soon as possible.
