1. What are the major concerns that society has to cope with?

We have at least 1 million college graduates each year, and the majority of them are unemployed
after graduation. There are numerous reasons why they are having difficulty finding work. First,
in terms of job competition, I believe that individuals who have received Latin honors are quite
fortunate, as there is almost certainly already a seat prepared for them. Second, most
organizations are already searching for people with experience because it is easier to train an
experienced employee than it is to train a new one. That is why the majority of our graduates go
abroad to work because there are more opportunities there than here. In addition, the
compensation is significantly higher, allowing the family to meet its basic demands. As the bread
winner of the family, I must say I very lucky to be able to work right after I graduate. I hope that
the government would find solution in this problem.

What are the prevailing social problems that you think should be addressed of?
What measures to be done to at least if not totally eradicate help to prevent these problems.

I believe that one of the most pressing societal issues that has to be addressed is access to health
care. Lower-income families will very certainly be unable to afford adequate health care at this
rate. In many instances poorer people living in urbanized areas are more likely to have severe
cases of health-related diseases because of the lack of specialized doctors to consult them. It
takes a lot of money for them to go to the doctor because they really need to go to bigger cities
just to be look upon. Because I was assigned to the farthest school in EB Magalona, I
experienced firsthand how difficult it is for our elderly to go. They must get up early in the
morning to catch a canter or habal habal. They go regardless of how awful the issue is because
they need to be physically checked. Yes, we had medical missions, but they were only held two
or three times a year. I believe that public hospitals should be equipped with sufficient equipment
in every city, making it easier for us to respond in an emergency. They should also hire enough
nurses to meet the demands of the patients, because as I've seen today, our nurses are
overworked.
