RABIA MUSTAFA AWAN 20664 MSPM
EOPM
Executive Summary
E learning is the use of technology to complete the course or offer the degree entirely online.
Classrooms are virtual in this kind of learning method for teaching. There may be participants
from various geographic areas in this type of classroom. This technique does not require travel
expenses. The benefits of distance learning are also included in E Learning. It moves
conventional face-to - face learning to technology focused on the internet. It is an advancement
that has a strong influence on education in the modern period. It is a healthy, successful and
common forum for professional development, graduate program, and skill-based learning.

The aim of the E-Learning Project (E-HOP) is to increase user accessibility to the courses /
degree program of the Institute and enable students, freshers and professionals with their other
continuing program to gain degrees, technical skills and professional growth. This initiative is
also intended to provide disadvantaged prospects the opportunity to develop and refine their
skills at a low cost. The online portal will be provided by E-HOP and enables prospects to
choose online program according to their needs. For the convenience of professionals and
students to plan their schedule accordingly, weekend and evening classes will also be available.

Problem
The goal of this project is to increase the literacy rate and reduce the country's unemployment
rate through productive and readily accessible education and skill-based learning. The
organization also strives to bring economic prosperity to individuals, society and the nation
through beneficial education and skill-based learning.

Analysis
A vast number of learners would be educated by the e-learning provider at the same time as there
is no time limit and no location.(Stoyanova, Yovkov et al. 2016)
According to (Stoyanova, Yovkov et al. 2016) E learning providers could deliver more cheaply
educational content to their customers.
The project team includes the project manager, sponsors, the technical staff (network
administrator, web developer etc.) trainers and the security staff.

Finance
The overall estimated project expense is eighteen lacs and twenty-five thousand PKR. It includes
the production of courseware, purchasing of courseware, certification, training for teachers,
procurement of hardware, renting of equipment, instructional materials, technical support,
consulting & marketing fees and teacher fees.

Recommendations
1. Highly Appropriate
It's well-matched to many of people. Professionals and housewives and distant location prospects
will bear it. For their ease and full learning, students can plan on the weekend or take evening
programs.
2. Easy Access to lectures
An online lecture is accessible 24/7 on the web in recorded form so that users can access it as
many times as possible and whenever they want. At the time of review for examination, this is a
huge best choice.
3. Reduced Cost
E learning is a cost-effective method. A lot of time is reduced with the respect of trainer, travel,
course material and accommodation.

4. Effectiveness for Organizational Profitability

It is effective for retaining information for longer time, enhance the ability of students to learn
and implement the knowledge. It is also an effective way to improve the enrollment which
results in high profit for organization.

5. Green Option
It has also a good impact on environment. Study shows that E Learning program consumed 90%
less power and generate 85% less Co2 (Pathak and Vyas 2019) so its highly Eco Friendly.

6. Students with Disabilities

For students with disabilities, the most apparent advantage being that they live in their comfort
zone without running to a campus or going to classes during hours.
Risks involved in the E-learning Project

7. Financial risk
Market and monetary risk are one of the major risks. Huge investment needed in buying new
technologies, recruiting employees, staff training, market analysis and other necessary
change required. Is the project going to get a Return of Investment (ROI)? A ROI or a loss?
It's truly frightening for project manager.

8. Unexpected Cost
Elevated initial costs are inevitable. Buying a new UpToDate software / s recruiting the
related and necessary staff, training the staff is just a few initial expenses. Uncertain risks and
their costs are additional.
9. Copyright Risk
Copyright covers any original piece of work may recoded on paper, in an audio, on video or
electronically (including on the Web). Copyright exists to allow authors to monitor their
work's use. Tutorials and other learning material available online are at risk of illegitimate
use. It can be stolen, copied, shared, fabricated and reuse in the absence of proper copyright
act.

10. Confidentiality risk

Inappropriate LMS protections are also a threat. Participants and instructors' login
information is stored electronically and can be exploited in the absence of inappropriate
protection.
11. Slow Learners/ Psychiatric Disabilities
For students with psychological difficulties and others that are slow learners, e-learning may be
challenging. As an educator, the technique cannot be modified as easily and adequately as in F2F
teaching.
12. Content Quality Risk
The standard of material for learning matters a great deal. It is necessary to recognize
prospects wanting to add value to their learning and knowledge. If content isn't challenging
and wanted to support the learners then it's going to be the major risk. The sub-standard
and biased material may also put the image at risk. Outdated and low-level material may also
cast doubt on the prospect and cause of the financial loss.

13. Educational Assessment

The majority of online evaluations are restricted to topics that are merely factual in nature.
Computer-marked tests typically tend to be based solely on information and not actually on
practicality, a lot skill and training is required to follow Bloom’s Taxonomy in order to test the
student’s knowledge, understanding and application of learning.
