A) Enrolment Period

1 January 2021 – 31 December 2021

B) Eligibility

New Recruit (NR) coded between 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021:

1. Must be from 20 to 50 years of age.
2. Must be minimum SPM holder and above.

C) Requirements

1. The requirements for the 2021 AIA Elite Academy – Elite Lite are described in Table 1.

1.1 Enrolment Requirement Validation:
1.1.1 Each participant must capture at least RM 1,200 AFYP/ AFYC within a single month.
1.1.2 Cases are captured when the premiums/ contributions are paid and set in force.
1.1.3 Only cases from Individual Life and Family Takaful business lines will be counted.
1.1.4 All cases MUST be submitted via iPoS to be counted.

2. Elite Lite Enrolment:

2.1 Commencement date will be set on the month the enrolment requirement is met (i.e. M0 or M1).
2.2 Participants will not be enrolled as an Elite Lite if the enrolment requirement is not met within M0 or M1.

2021 AIA Elite Academy Elite Lite Activity Bonus
A) Contest Period

1 January 2021 – 31 December 2021

B) Eligibility

1. Elite Lite only, with commencement date from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.
2. Elite Lite who have converted to Elite/ Elite Pro at any point of time in the first 6 months after their Elite Lite
commencement will no longer be eligible to receive the Elite Lite Activity Bonus starting from their Elite/ Elite Pro
commencement date onwards.
3. Elite Lite who have withdrawn from the program at the later stage will no longer be eligible to receive the Elite Lite
Activity Bonus.

C) Requirements

1. The requirements for the 2021 AIA Elite Academy Elite Lite Activity Bonus are described in Table 2.

Each participant will have 6 months from their Elite Lite commencement month to qualify for the rewards.

2. Each Elite Lite will have 6 consecutive months from their commencement date to qualify for the Elite Lite Activity
Bonus.
3. The Elite Lite must meet ALL requirements each month to be eligible for the Elite Lite Activity Bonus.
4. The Elite Lite Activity Bonus will not be paid out for the month where the requirements are not met.
5. The Elite Lite Activity Bonus is only valid for the 1st six consecutive months after the commencement date and
cannot be carried forward or compensated for if the requirements are not met during any of the six months.
6. Further details on the contest are as follows:
6.1 Annualized First Year Premium/ Annualized First Year Contribution (AFYP/AFYC):
6.1.1 All cases must be captured within each month for each participant.
6.1.2 Cases are captured when the premiums/contributions are paid and set in force.
6.1.3 Only cases from Individual Life and Family Takaful business lines will be counted.
6.1.4 All cases MUST be submitted via iPoS to be counted.
6.1.5 Kindly refer to the “Agency Compensation Handbook” for more details on AFYP/AFYC.

6.2 Total Number of Cases:

6.2.1 All cases must be captured within each month for each participant.
6.2.2 Cases are captured when the premiums/contributions are paid and set in force.
6.2.3 Only cases from Individual Life and Family Takaful business lines will be counted.

6.3 Persistency Rate (PR):

6.3.1 All Elite Lites will use D0.
6.3.2 PR calculation will be counted and validated based on YTD at the end of the Validation Period –
Kindly refer to the “Agency Compensation Handbook” for more details on PR.

6.4 Training Validation:

6.4.1 Each participant must attend 2 Elite Lite Webinar Lunch Talk within a single month.
D) Reward Entitlement

1. Bonus will be made in the following month end commission statement (Cycle B) after monthly validation closing.

E) Conversion Option to Elite/ Elite Pro

1. The requirements for the 2021 AIA Elite Academy Elite/ Elite Pro Conversion are described in Table 3.

3) Assessment requirement for SPM holder. Completion of Registered Financial Planner Module 2 (RFP
M2 e-learning) before Elite/ Elite Pro conversion application.

2. Elite/ Elite Pro Conversion bonus

2.1 The requirement for the One-time Elite/Elite Pro Conversion bonus are described in Table 4.
2.2 Elite Lite is required to apply for Elite/ Elite Pro Conversion within M0 + first 3 months or latest by the following
month after M0 + first 3 months.
