I would like to cancel my subscription on the Words Booster Application. Also, I would like to
say that I did not know that your company would charge me after the $1 payment which made
me think that I should not pay any more payments and just enjoy the App with One-Time
Purchase. When I saw my bank account and it was charged for $14.99, I felt a little bit regretful
about what happened. So sorry to say that, but what I say can be your feedback especially
when you want to sell your products to the Indonesian market.

For me, $14.99 is not a big deal. But, for the other Indonesians will think that they are harmed
by your unclear terms of services in subscription policy. You have to emphasize the subscription
policy clearly at the beginning of the $1 payment. You can learn more about the subscription
policy from Freepik Company (www.freepik.com), you will know how their subscription works,
and they serve us an easy subscription cancellation without having us to contact their Support
Team, not just like the way you asked us to do.

I hope that you can reply to this email as fast as possible, so there will be no more subscription
